The new weapons

Now what do we all think of the new weapons?

if you mean for DW6, then some of them are totally great, like Liu Bei's 2 swords. but some of them are just too impossible like Dian Wei's one.

It's somewhat nice, that they are taking the characters back to the actual weapons they had in the RoTK book. Makes it more realistic overall, which could be the reason why they are phasing out certain characters, like Da Qiao or Meng Huo and Zhu Rong.

I like Sima Yi's new weapon the best. The whole claw deal, with the threads is really cool!

I agree with both points....It sort of has raised DW6 a bit more cause its more like ROTK....made it more of a great game. I am really dissapointed that Da Qiao isnt in it anymore...I mean why get rid of most of the good characters?

I like Xu huang new weapon and Sima Yi's is cool to his fan just made him look like a poof honestly although i realy dont like Lu Bu's new weapon it just well.....it doesn't look like it would actuly work well as a weapon.

I get what you mean...How would you hold it, cause if you hold it in the middle you must get cut sometimes.

The Weapons looks Great ! but the Movesets are just so Bleh !so pretty much the weapons have failed to improve the game because of the repeated movesets.

but they all do seem to have a lot more special moves than before. When you see the movies they can do loads of cool things.

Thats the new RENBU system i think.

and if you look at it closely say like Lu Meng and Guan Yu or pretty much any spear characters thats not Lu Bu or Zhao Yun are the same moves.

Also lubu's looks like a huge ninja weapon! LIKE A BIG HUGE WINDMILL SHURIKEN JUST LIKE IN NARUTO!!!=)

I've finally seen Lu Bu's weapon, and I dunno what the people at Koei were smoking when they thought that monstrosity up, but it must have been some top dollar stuff.

The best that can be said about the weapon is that it's certainly built for attacking. But it looks like a weapon more suited towards combat from the back of a horse. On foot it would be unwieldy as all heck.

It's like some kind of b******** offspring of Guan Yu's guandao, Lu Bu's halberd, and a staff.

i do however really really like Sun Ce's new weapon, since his tonfa had a tiny reach.
