Totaly agree with Wei Yan vs. Meng Huo
Also Zhao Yun + Cao Pi as a team
The Sun Ce Vs Sun Quan because Quan sucks so Ce need to prove he is better.

Yah Wei Yan vs Meng Huo but then again I would like to see them work together, I think people that I would want to see teamed up I would wanna see vs and visa versa but I would def wanna see Sima Yi and Zhuge Liang also Cao Cao and Cao Pi?

Cao Pi and Zhou Yu would be one of my favourites, they differ so much it'd be a good match up.
Cao Ren, Taishi Ci and Wei Yan. Another good team up.
Zhang Liao, Guan Yu and Lu Meng.

Zhang Liao, Guan Yu and Lu Meng would be pretty wicked, I would like to see Dong Zhuo and Xu Zhu just to see who would win, probs would be Xu Zhu I say

But what i really want is to see Liu Bei, Cao Cao, and Sun jian in a room together so that they can beat the hell out of each other, and see who would come out on top
