I just got sorta inactive over the past week or something on actually both sites at the moment. This cold won't really let me stay awake long enough to write anything online. And... I've recently been addicted to Machinima Respawn, but I still have time.

OK, seriously, we need a new plot/storyline here. New kingdom leaders, new affiliating or whatever.

I thought there was meant to be a restart but nothing is happening. It's only fair to have Cao Pi step down as leader since he is failing to be active currently. Me and Jiang Wei are active enough to carry Wu and Shu.

So far it's a little difficult to choose the Wei leader since we need someone active to get the kingdom going so it's kinda down to Liam, Tai and Liao.

I'm thinking of maybe going with Hakaisha's plan of rebels causing trouble throughout the kingdom which could fit in with everyone disappearing from the site. I don't think a restart would help just now. I would say we get going in the direction we are in and see what happens.

I suggest a time skip in which specific story-lines occur

I have alot that i want to do with my character development and with the kingdom of shu as a whole.

Skipping in time (Say 5-10 years) would give us all a good chance to kill off characters we didnt like through illness or assasination. Then we maybe hold elections for leader spots, i know that i would want to keep mine, and tsuki hers, and should Cao Pi try i am sure he would want a chance to keep his kingdom.

Perhaps a land reset would be in order.
I dont know how this map started out, but i do know that Wu is severly in the hole, and shu isnt that far ahead of them, making it nearly impossible to actually do much in battle.

In that same respect, it would make sense to add a few other kingdoms, we have enough people for it that we could potentially have a Dong Zhuo and Zhang Jiao character running the yellow turbans, who knows maybe the yellow turbans could take over this time.



Seems like we have a nice thing going here, but if we wanted to mix it up a little bit this would be a fun way to do it.

Restart currently sounds a nice option to tidy things up, and with what Jiang Wei said about adding new Kingdoms too, but with the time skip idea, Dong Zhuo and Zhang Jiao would be going back in time wouldn't it? Unless we could do that and bring the characters we love and make our characters younger, and allow members to have characters who have already been passed.....Also with the current state of the Kingdoms, it would give each of the Kingdoms a second chance?

Hm... A time-skip... but backwards *strokes chin* That could work actually. If any one asks... a wizard did it. I could bring back KENSHI! *squeals with joy* I like that idea. If we start up the kingdoms for Dong Zhou and Zhang Jiao then it gives people a wider choice as well. Shall we have Ma Teng or just avoid him for now?

To begin with, and to make easier, only have ones who are actually involved, and as the plot goes on, we can bring in another Kingdom. Would you prefer 10 members in a Kingdom with a few Kingdoms avaliable, or 2 members in each of the many kingdoms?

Hmm, perhaps having a few collection of troops. It wouldn't be very good to have lots of kingdoms with few officers - as Tao suggested.

With Ma Teng, just leave him out. Though a legend, not many people know of him; this site is called DWRPC for a reason. Most people joining take a lot of influence from DW, so add those known from the games? Otherwise they will just die out in inactivity.

Perhaps Dong Zhuo, Zhang Jue, Yuan Shao? - While having open some who are mentioned in the DW games; Gongsun Zan, Yuan Shu and Liu Zhang?

A reset of territories and a rewind in time sounds good, though not too many new factions should be added. Maybe just Dong Zhuo and the YT for now?

Of course, don't delete our character applications.

That sounds like a great idea! I think we should have YT, Dong Z, and maybe one more well known DW faction around that time. Who do you guys think would be the best kingdom to have other than those two?

Right now we have Wei with 10 officers

Shu with 4

and Wu with 3

This of course is an over exaggeration but still reveals the point that it is very one sided right now.

Putting in more kingdoms would give people a chance to spread their wings
Zhang Jiao with 2 or 3 generals
Dong Zhuo With 2 or 3
Cao Cao (Should that spot be filled)
Liu Bei (Or Jiang Wei in this case)
Sun Jian (Tsuki Yomi)
Yuan Shao

and that gives each kingdom a nice arsenol of generals, as well as an oportunity to grow in size.

Think of it this way. If we have these 6 Generals, then it is possible to have multiple wars and alliances, coalitions, full scale battles that actually make an impact on our roleplaying situation. Where right now it is generally always 2 on 1, now it could be 3 on 2 or 5 on 1 (heaven forbid )


Also as long as we are talking about it, i think the map should be shortened, it is a great map right now, but there is virtually no way to completly conquer the land, i suggest cutting it into half of what it is now

Keep all the popular battle cities, maybe a few lesser known ones, but for the most part lets get rid of as much as we can.

In other DW sites ive been on (None as good as this by the way) they would have small maps that it takes a half a year for one person to conquer.

Of course i am not speaking on that small of a scale, but maybe after 3 years of the site being open we could potentially have a winner.

I think there should be a Fallen Han Faction since it will take place before Dong Zhuo takes over the imperial court and takes the Emp. hostage but when the Han empire is on the verge to be destroyed by the rebellious Turbans and taken over by the treacherous Fat man. I wouldn't mind being a Imperial Trooper I mean Soldier. They could be called the Imperialists!
