Personality: Li Ling is certainly kinder than most of her family. Although Gongsun Zan and Fan are not bad men they do not care for the people as much as she does. She is quite empathetic and bothered by higher moral issues rather than dreams of untold power.
She is also quite naive not able to understand why some of the more evil people like Dong Zhou do the things that they do. Generally she likes to spend her time out of battle riding in the wild by herself or at court wearing her pretty dresses. She has more acrobatic and dance training that martial arts.
Although she is not as bright as many they is also not stupid. When she does foolish things it is more due to a lack of understanding and she never makes the same mistake twice.
She also tends to live in sort of a fantasy world of her own at times full of insanely over the top romance that no one would really be able to provide.
Weapon: A set of long daggers which can also be used as a throwing knives. When mounted she some times uses a spear but not with much skill.
Weapon Strengths: About as quick as its possible for a weapon to be. Also enhanced by her acrobatic skills and natural flexibility.
Weapon Weaknesses: Very short range weapon meaning she had to get close enough to touch almost to kill.

History: Gongsun Li Ling is a daughter of Gongsun Du a powerful man in north. She grew up in a large and wealthy house hold in Xiang Ping. She generally had the best of everything and the freedom of a cage bird. Although she had anything money could buy she was not happy until she went to live with her cousin Gongsun Zan in Bei Ping. Here she had far more freedom and learned to ride a horse. She soon showed to be a far more skilled rider than anyone but Zan himself. Although initially unwilling to teach her to fight he relented knowing that in such times of chaos even a women needed to know how to defend herself.
