Appearance: Often found wandering in robes, physically he is unknown. He tends to keep himself as invisible as the wind; moving only as quickly as he came. He is young with pale skin, thin black hair; which is often tied up. He is a small man, only just reaching 5'4. He cares little about his physically appearance, allowing his intelligence to speak for itself. He seeks nobody in the land and allows them to seek him out, if they deem so.
It is said he takes the form of a travelling old man, to slip past common guards and to escape the clutches of cities easily so he can continue his travels. He contains no allegiances, seeing nothing good in the current Han nor seeing anything good in the Turbans.
Personallity: Sima Hui is a man of very few words, he seeks nothing more then knowledge for himself. Mysterious would be an understatement, and he seeked nothing moe then to excell others at the ways of war and to advance warfare. He extends his given talents to he who believes who deserves them. He has no interest in the civil wars and merely avoids them, assisting lords from behind the front lines - avoiding his demise and his popularity. He chooses not to abuse his gifts but to wield them, not taken advantage and gaining fame nor conquering everything for himself. He is a humble, well spoken man with no intentions of being greedy.
His visions for the land seem unclear, he doesn't seem to be keen on fighting nor changing the current system but more furthering things. Countering war with intelligence and observing the human race from the side line.
Weapon: Sima Hui prefers to use his mind to conquer and resolve things. He doesn't have much use for weapons although he carries a wandering staff. A simple wooden stick, his isn't known for magic or anything of the sort.
Weapon Strengths: Strong at close range, smashing enemies on the head. Light weight and fast.
Weapon Weaknesses: Its made of wood, weak against most other materials.
Armour: Simple travellers robes, an extended gray robe with a simple Chinese peasent hat upon his head.
History: He become a strong mental student at a young age, overcoming many of his peers in the arts of war, searching from a young age through archives and learning more and more about war. It is said Sima Hui fled south to avoid the civil war. Going into hiding to avoid the combat. He sweeps his presence under the carpet as quickly as he came and never remains in one place for too long.
