Friendly Fight (Zhi Fang)

Zhi had a idea about how he could try to dodge both attacks. He couldn't just jump back this time. Zhi had to be aggresive! Zhi quickly swung his sword at Cheng's sword in his right hand, trying to bash it away. Then Zhi made his knee's give in so he fell down. Though Zhi stopped when he was on his knee's. Quickly, Zhi tried an upward slice at Cheng's open stomach. If he missed the stomach then the blade would continue up until it hit Cheng's other sword.

Cheng Pu began to grin a bit as he saw Zhi swiftly respond to his attacks, batting the right-hand sword away and at the same time making another move... finally on the offensive? And... What the hell was he doing now? Demou's left-hand sword had still been moving upward to impale Zhi when... Zhi dropped on it. What was this, suicide? Had he lost his balance or something? Seriously. What the hell?

Demou quickly flicked his left-hand sword around so it was only his fist that gave impact to Zhi's stomach, and as he stopped the attack mid-air, it wouldn't be an injury at all, though Zhi's fall would still give it just a pit of temporary pain. Hopefully the young man had had his abdomen muscles worked out. Allowing the opponent's sword to bash into his stomach as he buckled a bit, Demou straightened himself up and pushed Zhi back to his position.

"I must compliment you in succeeding to be on the offensive. But I'll have to tell you one thing... Watch your opponent's moves closely. It's all in a matter of seconds, but watch. And react according to the moves you are dealt with.

"Want to try again? This time I'll gladly fight with my fists and feet only."

Zhi put his hand on his head in anger. How could he have forgotten about the other sword? He was embarrasing himself!! Zhi got onto his feet, and said, "Here I come!"Zhi ran to the side and he turned and ran towards Cheng Pu at his side. Zhi got close to Cheng and he took a big step towards him and did a big left to right diagonal slash at Cheng's body. Zhi's leading foot landed right behind Cheng's right foot to stop any possible jumping backwords.

"Great job, though I'd suggest executing a chain of moves next time, you'll trap me in with that."

Cheng Pu complimented Zhi Fang thus as the young man finally became an offensive fighter, as well as keeping a positive attitude about it even upon defeat. Impressive. And, of course, Zhi had hooked his foot onto the back of Demou's. He was learning from his opponent. Very impressive. Advancing in skill was an important thing in learning, as well as keeping one's emotions upon defeat within oneself. Zhi was known to keep his emotions in well, and he still was doing good with it.

Seeing as he really had to option to move left or right, unless he wanted to bash straight into the sword or risk being hit in the arm or leg, Demou used the option of Zhi's preventing move as he purposefully arched backwards, as his feet tripped on Zhi's, as intended. It would hurt, yes, but it was better than being hit in the torso by a sword. Just barely missing the blade passing above his chest, Cheng Pu fell on his two hands as he dropped backwards. And just when the sword had passed, he used the hands and support to push himself up and flip back.

Landing upon his feet as he arched his back, Demou pushed himself up and steadied himself. Breathe in, breathe out. He would need lightweight now. Chucking his helmet away, he also ripped what heavy armor plate he could as he looked for flexibility and agile movement. And for now, he would be forced to stay on the move...

"Come at me."

Zhi ran towards Cheng Pu. He tried to place his foot behind Cheng's again before Zhi did a downward slice at Cheng. In case he missed, Zhi began to move his right elbow towards Cheng's head.(He is holding his sword in his left hand.) While doing all of this, Zhi said to Cheng Pu, "Well, thank you Cheng. Now try to dodge these my slick friend!!"

Zhi was making two moves this time. More impressive. But there was always a way to wriggle out of an opponent's attack, if one could find out how. Of course, the option of dropping back was gone now, seeing as the sword stroke was heading to slice right at the middle of Cheng Pu's body, with Zhi's right elbow aimed for Demou's head. Hmm. A risky solution, but a solution nonetheless, popped into Demou's mind instantly.

Lifting his right leg and pulling it toward his left just in time, thanks to his lighter movement now, he pivoted to his left as the sword just passed where the mid-parallel line of his body had been just a moment before. Good accuracy for a shot, Cheng Pu thought as he began to lean heavily to his left as he avoided the attack. Of course, he wouldn't just go stumbling down. Grabbing Zhi's elbow with both hands, seeing as Zhi would be weaker in the right arm, Demou pulled the arm down with him. Zhi would follow in the lean to the right as well, and would lose his balance quicker than the light-weighted Demou.

And, at the same time as the lean, which basically served as a distraction, Demou lifted his leg and quickly kicked at Zhi's left hand which should be gripping the sword. If he successfully caught Zhi by surprise, he would hopefully be able to kick the weapon out of his hand, or at least give him another surprise for Demou to chain into more assaults.

"Okay you little monkey. Play time is over."Zhi quickly began to bring his arm down which made Cheng lower and he became out of reach of Zhi's sword. Quickly, Zhi turned his sword and jabbed straight at Cheng's heart. As an insurance policy, Zhi tried with all of his strength to do a quick closed fist slap on Cheng's belly with his right arm.(the motion would be using a dumbell but sideways)

As Zhi Fang shook him off of his elbow, Cheng Pu quickly let go of the nuisance rocking and dropped to the ground as before, hands sustaining his fall. And then came the sword, plunging toward his heart. Demou's feet flew with great force as they hit impact with the flat side of the sword, as they pushed in order to redirect the blade toward Zhi himself. And, during that counter, Demou felt the punch hit his stomach, hard.

His arms buckling beneath him, Demou dropped onto his back before he quickly grabbed Zhi's hand with both his hands, preventing Zhi from standing back up straight again, as well as removing the usage of Zhi's right hand.

"Guess that'll do for now."

Zhi quickly remembered that he had punched Zhi in the stomach, hard. He was going to exploit that. As Cheng was on his back, Zhi quickly used his foot and stomped on the same spot on Cheng Pu that Zhi had punched."So, are you done yet my friend."

Further impact on his stomach from Zhi Fang's foot, a downward stomp, but it was endurable; after all, it wasn't the first time Cheng Pu had gotten bashed with heavy objects, and it wouldn't be his last, as long as he was alive and well as a warrior. A grunt escaped his lips before his right knee moved up to hit the side of Zhi's left knee, the latter apparently still on Demou's stomach. The impact would remove the nuisance leg off of his belly... heh.

And at the same time Demou's right hand pulled on Zhi's weaker right, in order to make Zhi tumble down over and above him; Demou could avoid direct collision enough. And as he drew Zhi closer to the ground, his free left hand charged up toward Zhi's open abdomen, hoping to hit him as he fell down.

Zhi was grabbed with some strength by Cheng who was pulling Zhi down by his right hand. Zhi began to fall towards Cheng Pu, when Zhi quickly saw that Cheng's left hand was free and that it was moving to punch Zhi in the stomach. Zhi decided to let him punch Zhi Fang. Now Zhi was hanging in the air, being held up by Cheng's left arm. A large grunt escaped from Zhi's lips right before Zhi quickly swung sideways at Cheng's left side. Then, trying to get his right arm back, Zhi threw his knee in hopes to connect with Cheng's arm so it would release the iron grasp Cheng had on Zhi's hand.

Cheng Pu's left hand quickly moved from Zhi Fang's abdomen after impact, grabbing Zhi's knee before it made contact with Demou and using the momentum of the grab to push and propel himself up and away from the blade now swinging in from the other side. Though he did realize that pushing himself up didn't mean pushing into open air, but rather he propelled himself into the underside of Zhi's chin. If they made whatever contact, it wouldn't really damage either man, but at least Demou would have room to move out of this awkward position while Zhi would regain his line of sight after the impact on his chin.

His right hand also let go of Zhi's right arm as he pulled himself upward, though both hands were ready to act and his feet were prepared to land on the ground on the other side once he bashed out from under Zhi. It was honestly uncomfortable for the both of them and it really didn't get either of them an advantage.

Zhi could not do much right now. So even though it really hurt, he let Cheng do all of that stuff. Once Cheng was done, Zhi quickly pushed from his hand's and got on his feet. Shaking it all off, Zhi charged at Cheng Pu and he did a upward slice in hope's to get a hit. In case he tried to sidestep, Zhi placed his feet so he could quickly place them so he could trip up Cheng Pu.

The same foot movement three times in a row. Hmm. Too repetitive. Cheng Pu regained his balance and immediately flipped into the air, rising high and doing a backflip as he avoided both Zhi's upward slash and the trip-intending feet, as he moved backwards in the air. Landing gently a distance away from his opponent, Demou slowly and steadily paced toward the nearby wall to his right. It would limit Zhi's attacks, seeing how he was left-handed.

"Good. Bring more."

Zhi waited a little bit, thinking about his options. He noticed the wall, he had to use that to his advantage. Zhi ran towards the wall, then he began to run beside it towards Cheng. Once he got close Zhi threw a hard punch towards Cheng as a distraction for Zhi's left to right digonal slash. Cheng would probably just jump back but if he did, Zhi placed his feet so Zhi could blast foward if he needed too."Dodge this one!"
