Zhang Liao has been looking for a good lord that he believes can improve his skills, after riding on horse back for the past 2 weeks, until he finally come the the gates of Wu. He would of been in sooner but the guards at first wouldn't until he said to them, I am here to seek and audience with the Tiger of Jiang Dong, they guards responded by opening the gates, but before I went in I decide to get a nice fresh meal and something to drink, after tasting southern food for the first time I was amazed on how good it tasted.
I then start to walk around the town trying to get used to things of everything goes well when I meet there leader. After awhile I got to the gates and ask an audience with Sun Jian and they told me to wait for his reply.

Wu.
Finally, time off of his hands. How long had it been since he had last gone for a walk out of his working quarters or from the training grounds, actually stepping out of his stationary areas to do something to his own leisure? Forever, most likely. Breathing in the fresh air, not the sweaty, tangy odor-filled atmosphere of what he had just stepped out of, Cheng Demou burst through the doors of the palace barracks' training grounds. Training with the elite royal guards was always an honor, but not always too pleasant.
"Man, those guys need a bath."
Adjusting his light plate armor, Demou began his walk down the steps of the palace, walking into the courtyard, which basically served as an outdoors lobby leading into the numerous buildings and structures of the palace, each serving its own important purpose in the puzzle that they called society. Well, this was more of the higher parts of society, though that didn't necessarily mean that every man or woman working there originated from a major class or family. They just all served their purpose here.
Approaching the gates to the courtyard from the inside, Demou noticed that the southern palace gate's guard captain was looking at him with an anxious look, as if worried on some matter. Hurrying up to him, Demou shot him an inquiring face, to which the man responded that there was somebody willing to see Sun Jian, and that they were about to ask for the master himself.
"Don't trouble yourselves; I wish to bring the man before our lord personally. Open up the gates."
The guards pushed open the wooden doors of the courtyard, and Cheng Pu saw quite an... extraordinary sight. Fully clad in shining plate armor, well-polished, and standing at a stature, whether height or simply the muscular size, the man was quite an intimidating sight to most, a welcome individual to those like Cheng Demou.
"Greetings, sir, I am Cheng Pu, styled Demou, of Wu. May I ask who you might be?"

I turn to face Cheng Pu,My name is Zhang Liao, I have came here to seek a honorable master so that I can wield my twin halberds for. He looks at how the man looked, he obviously was a hard working man and it appears he is tired but besides that he looks like a reasonable and honorable man.
Might I ask what it is like to serve under Lords Sun Jian and Sun Ce?, I have heard rumors, but rumors don't always tell the truth on how people act. he said as he toked off his helmet

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Zhang Liao. I tend to meet the acquaintance of the talented men of the land, and at once I can tell that you are different from many others. You can leave any burdens here at the gate if you have any, they will be brought back to you whenever you will." It was simply an option, that suggestion was. Fully for the sake of Zhang Liao being not too loaded, especially after seeing how his armor and now his twin halberds looked, it was just a sign of kindness.
No, Cheng Pu was not worried that the man had a weapon or two; the men of Wu were skilled enough to keep a man from drawing his blade. Yes, true skill. Not simply by having an intimidating might that could subdue any who oppose them, but rather by a charisma and a sense of reasonable negotiating that could persuade and sooth one¡¯s heart and mind to settle to peaceful affairs and, to the ultimate goal, step into their ranks without opposition. That was what a truly skilled warrior would have to learn to do.
"An honorable master? Well, honor is really a diverse topic, but depending on how you define honor, Lord Sun Jian just might easily fit your description. Lord Sun is a very compassionate man, both to his officers and of course to his many people, and at the same time is a very charismatic leader, strong-willed at all times. And by material points, well, he is a great ruler of this lush, beautiful land we know as Wu. His influence does spread all throughout Jiang Dong, however."

He drops his halberds and helmet there, If he is what you say he is than he is clearly the kind of lord for me. Zhang Liao was a man who respected those who haven't done him wrong and he could tell by the way Cheng Pu has spoke that this was a man he can respect and trust.
Might I ask what you do around here lord Cheng Pu surely by the looks of you, you are really important to this area?

"Haha, importance? Maybe, though I prefer not to think too highly of myself. I am but a humble officer who has offered his lifelong loyalty and servitude to Lord Sun Jian and who will fight to the death for him. I am just a warrior, but seeing as I have lived the majority of my life both as a fighter and as a farmer, I use much of my time assisting and supporting the works of the agricultural areas of Wu. And a few other small things that I can tend to every so often."
Nodding with his head toward the palace, Cheng Pu began to slowly walk toward the large main building up ahead, keeping his pace so that Zhang Liao can follow, after seeing that Liao had put down his helmet and weapons.
"I am sure that Lord Sun will be able to meet your personal standards of the worthy master."

Ha I am sure he will, I said as I followed him, so tell me what is it like to live in the south, I was rised in the north and i have no knowledge of the south what ever. I asked as I reached the main building.
But I have tried the food here and it is superb to the northern food, you southerners know how to cook, I said and let out a little chuckle

"We live a humble yet rich life, if I can describe it properly. Many of us farm in the lush lands and till the well-yielding grounds of Wu, yet many of us are also talented in sailing and most of all trade, thus bringing us quite a lot of riches. Many luxurious people and opportunities are in the south, yet we don't show greed over these things. I think I can put it that way, haha."

(Sun Jian and Sun Ce are returning from their bandit thread where they fought off bandits)
Sun Ce entered the castle, his armor was tattered from his fight with bandits and he had blood smeared across his torso and chin, however it was clear that this blood was not his own. Dong Xi followed in behind him, slightly less bloody, but just as broken looking. "You would think taht the Han could have at least stopped SOME of the bandit rebellions" He exclaimed walking up to Cheng Pu "You will not believe the day my father and i have had" He looks over at Zhang Liao not recognizing him as anyone he knew and waves slightly "Sun Ce styled Bofu a pleasure" He says this to be polite however it easily could have come across as rude or offensive due to how very little he actually cared about the guest being there. However it was clear that it had been an extremely long day for him, and for some this was understandable. Dong Xi bowed his head and stated clearly "Dong Xi styled Yuandai! An honor Master Zhang Liao" Dong Xi had been around for a very long time, and recognized Zhang Liao as a famed northern general, his markings were very clear.

He was surpirsed that he was know down here, so you southerns have heard of me, he turns to Sun Ce, it is an honor to meet the son of Sun Jian, he knew that this could translate into something rude, but he hopes Sun Ce could find that it was a compliment.
Might I ask where Lord Sun Jian is at or do I have to wait patiently for his audenice. He looks at Sun Ce, this was a kid and he was already out fighting, very impressive, So Sun Ce why don't you tell me what happened with the bandits, it sound really interisting

Cheng Pu turned around immediately as he noticed the voice, belonging to none other than Sun Ce himself. Bowing for a few seconds as a sign of obviously necessary respect as well as a genuine reverence for the young and inexperienced but strong and extremely potential-holding future successor of Wu, Demou rose again to face his liege¡¯s son with a kind and gentle smile, welcoming the man back from his apparent battle with the bandits, fighting alongside his father.
"I congratulate you on your return," he commented, "and I apologize for not being able to assist you. Of course, I knew that mere bandits would be no match for you and your father¡¯s skills in battle, am I not correct?"
Nodding as well to the new officer of Wu, Dong Xi, as a sign of recognizing his peer as well as a quick and silent greeting that he would give to many an ally, Cheng Pu chimed in as Zhang Liao asked of Ce¡¯s experience in the battle.
"Of course, I too would very much like to hear what had happened there.
"And Master Zhang, Lord Sun Jian will be ready to meet you anytime inside the palace. We should listen to the story first, however... haha."

He and his son had successfully prevented a Bandit attack on them while strolling through the Harbor Town of Jian An. Upon their return to Wu, he sent Sun Ce ahead, while he talks with Wei Huan, who was the ex-Bandit who tried to claim the glory of eliminating the Sun family, before realising how truly strong they were. However, it could be a risk with him going to Wu if people heard of his attack, but didn't want to hurt anyone who belonged to his new lord.
"Sun Jian, I made a terrible mistake before, and I thank you for your kindness", Wei Huan said solemly as he sat upon his horse next to Sun Jian.
Sun Jian smiled, "Next time we fight, we will be side-by-side instead of against each other. How does it feel being on the victory side? Anyway, time for you to meet some more of my talented officers"
As he and Wei Huan entered the city of Wu, he saw his son Sun Ce and his bodyguard Dong Xi who he had fought with earlier. He was definitely proud of his son. Not even a large group of Bandits and a talented commander could defeat them. Next to them, was Cheng Pu and a warrior who appeared to be not from the South.
When he got closer, with Wei Huan behind him, he glanced at Sun Ce, "As I said before, I'm proud of you my son. Excellent fighting today. Think this calls for a Victory feast", as his right hand shot up, and a soldier ran up to him, "Please go into my tent and ask them all to prepare a banquet for me and my son's victory and also to welcome our new guest", taking note of the stranger's arrival.
He glanced at Cheng Pu and smiled, then quickly turned to the guest, "Greetings, I am Sun Jian, the Tiger of Jiangdong. What brings you here to Wu?"

As soon as Zhang Liao saw the man enter the room he knew that he was the lord for him, bowing, i said, My name is Zhang Liao of Mayi, style name Wenyuan. My business here in Wu is simple, I wish to join your forces and fight for honor, I believe that you are the only lord in the land that fights for honor, I said as I was done bowing

Sun Jian smiled, "You have come a long way then Zhang Liao, but soon, when the feast is ready, you can sit down and enjoy some food down the South, but while we wait, though you have mentioned honor, is there any other reasons you have chosen Wu, and not joining any Northern Lords like Yuan Shao, Gongsun Zan, Cao Cao or Liu Bei?"
