Rasa scooped up his drink in his right hand and gulped it down without thinking. To his great shame he immediately started coughing. When the fit died down he glared at Yen Wang accusingly. "Gah.What's in this?" Using only his right hand he slowly and deliberately forced himself to pour a second cup and drink it carefully this time. He hoped the convulsions that were muffled coughs weren't that noticeable. He checked for potential threats again. Still nothing obvious.
"I've been talking to that couple behind us. I asked if they knew of any work around town that needed to be done. Apparently there's a good amount of minor repairs to be done, but they've had trouble finding people to fix them. You might be able to get some troops into the city under guise if the guard doesn't get too suspicious. They seem a little nervous lately. No one is sure why though. I can try to sign on with the guards in hopes of getting some information."
Rasa checked for enemies again, poured himself another drink, and continued. Ow, my head is throbbing. "This tavern looks like it'd serve as a solid base of operations if needed. Fairly centralized, multiple escape routes, easily defended. It's biggest weakness is that it's an obvious target. It'd take some time to set up, but I might be able to buy off some of the guards or make a few diversions."

Yen Wang watched Rasa guzzle down his cup of sake. Yen Wang sighed; it was quite humorous and disgraceful. Apparently this was his first time he drank sake. “You never tasted sake? You truly are young.” Rasa managed to pour himself another cup and gave the Sake another attempt. “Yes, having the troops disguise themselves, would benefit us greatly. If we were to help with the repairs we could ridge them, and/or possibly map out the city.”
He liked the ideas Rasa had. Especially if he managed to infiltrate the guards and disable them from within. A city without guards would be defenseless. Yen Wang looked around the inn. It was just as Rasa said this could serve a suitable base. “Rasa…I am in no rush to conquer this city. Let us make preparations first. I want this takeover to be as swift and painless.” He finished his cup and began to pour himself another cup. “Once we put everything into place, it will be checkmate.”

Rasa paced the room that for the last week he had called home. Ideas were spinning in his head, but none of them were useful. Like Yen Wang had said, Rasa had started helping out with repairs so that he could ridge the buildings to make them more susceptible to attack. He didn't like that plan though. It had too many weaknesses if they wanted to hold the village for any length of time. There were ways to make them almost impossible to see if you didn't know they were there, but still...
A knock on the door interrupted him. "My lord, I thought you might be hungry." A small girl shuffled into the room with a plate of food. She kept her head down and refused to look at him unless he asked it. Understandable given what she had gone through.
"Ah, Ly'rea. I want to talk to you." She froze in place. The last time he had 'wanted to speak with her' he had all but ended her life. Or given that she was now his wife, maybe she had ended his. Wife... I'll never get used to that. I mean I can't be married, I'm only seventeen! And she's eleven! Well there was no way he was going to lay a finger on her for a long time yet. Maybe that's why she's so moody around me? Bah, I don't know anything about women, much less a wife. "Relax, it's nothing bad. I just wanted to know what you thought of these." He showed her some assorted papers.
"I don't get it. They're just some papers."
"Are you sure? You don't see anything strange about them?" He shoved a couple duplicates toward her as well.
"No, they all look the same to me. Just some random request forms."
"Read them to me." He listened as she began to read. Eleven years old and she read better then he did. His heart sunk as his shame mounted. He prayed his lord wouldn't find out he couldn't read over half the things that were given to him. He knew how to write though. Some might find that contradictory but Rasa didn't think so. It wasn't hard to recognize patterns and copy letters, he just didn't know how to spell most of the words he knew. Which meant of course that he couldn't write them. She finished reading and he called her once more.
"Thank you Ly'rea. I do have one more thing to ask of you. I want you to deliver this to the quartermaster for the guards. Do not tell him who you are or who you work for. Only tell him that your lord sent you and he urgently needs a response. Do not bother to correct him if he thinks you work for someone else. Can you do this for me?"
Ly'rea hesitated. She was by no means a genius, but she wasn't stupid either. Rasa had no doubt she knew exactly what he was really telling her to do. Knew also that she would hate him for making her do it. She grabbed the letter from his hand. "Yes, lord." She departed without any sort of courtesy beyond that. It had taken him a while to find a request for uniforms so he could copy it, but he had managed. He had no doubt that everything was in order with it, Ly'rea had examined it herself and couldn't spot the difference. With any luck he would have one hundred guard uniforms in his possession by the end of the week. The only thing left was to make sure that there were going to be guards to put them on when they arrived. Rasa went out to find the tiger.

~Wei sighed as he stopped he scratched his eye softly on the patch its been a bit since he got the scar yet, the pain was gone. He smirked a bit folding the letter and directions softly and shrugged himself off from his long travel. He looked around the area in thought, then desided to push himself towards the local inn for some rest.~
~His pace was still brisk as if he had never traveled, his strength was great and still growing. He knew whom he must seek out. weather or not the man remembered him is no matter. Burai was considered a friend, even Wei's bodyguard sacrificed himself for his former wife.~
~Wei stopped reaching the doors, he gave a last glance around as he knew he never trusted any place new. He moved forward once in the establishment he let his hue scan the occupants. He spotted the man he needed. He nods a bit to himself as he got himself a drink with the tender and then moved slowly over towards Burai.~
~"Well, seems your recovering well..." Wei said as he put the note infront of Burai to awakin him to why Wei was here. "Perhaps a chat, may I join ya?" Wei asked bein slightly polite. After all Wei didn't know how Burai would react.~

Yen Wang was tending to the inn, he managed to ‘persuade’ the inn keeper. Kindly, asking him to give him ownership of the inn, for a few months. Yen Wangs reasons were only known to his new acquaintance Rasa; an odd young man, his mind is well developed for his age. Yen Wang was moved by his wit and allowed him to join his forces. Lately Rasa has been spending time in his room, like most teenagers at the age demanded privacy and their secrecy. “Perhaps he had stole the heart of a young maiden and he keeps her hidden away in the room?” He pondered on that for a few moments and laughed. “Rasa, probably never embraced a woman!”
Suddenly his fun was brought to an abrupt end. He was approached, by a familiar voice. One of the people who was at his awakening. Yeng Wang grabbed an utensil and dipped it in ink and began writing, once he was done he gave the letter to a waitress and she handed it to Wei Ning. (I’ll send the letter to you through PM) “If you agree to these terms, swear your loyalty to me, and you will abide by my laws.” Yen Wang, turned around and smiled. “If you can’t do this simple task, then I’m afraid you must leave.”

~Wei smirked at the letter and moment and tilted his head before placing it on the table. "Now Burai...you know me better then this..." Wei says with a slight smirk still along his face. He thought a moment staring at burai the memories coming back as he watched his comrade fall to his death saving yelena.~
~He pulled a knife from the waitresses holding dish and cuts his hand. places it on the letter and stares hard at Burai. "Ya got my loyalty, you know this. You also know who i am and how I fight. Let ya memories do the talkin. I'll help ya get ya startin path in rulership."~
~Wei said this calmly as he took a seat across from Burai and took a drink of his glass watching for burai's reactions. Wei knew burai had a short temper, but he also knew burai knew how Wei was. "So, ya still havn't answered my earlier question, hows it feel runnin about again...We've come a long way since before any of this ever started..."~

His lord wasn't hard to find. Rasa strolled casually down the stairs and turned towards his lord. There was a man talking to Yen Wang. Rasa wasn't concerned with this until the stranger pulled a knife. He was going to attack! The kid started to sprint towards them as this new enemy proceeded to stab himself. Rasa composed himself then calmly walked to the two men. "I assume we have a new ally?" He kept his left arm forward holding his weapon loose and ready. If he wasn't an ally...
"Lord, I have things to report."

Yen Wang looked at Wei Ning with a dull expression. “You realize, I’m not that same person. I hardly remember you. If you are comfortable referring to me as Burai, then do so in private quarters. I rather have the world think of me as dead.” Yen Wang took the letter and put in it his pocket. “Your skills will be helpful.” His eyes strolled past Wei Ning and to Rasa. He seemed to have gotten the wrong idea.
Yen Wang smiled would Rasa attack Wei Ning if he pulled that knife on him. The display of loyalty made him smile. It was good to see such emotion come from a subordinate. “Yes Rasa, this man will be joining us.” He raised his right eyebrow, “So what is it you have to tell me?”

~With a smile he listened to Burai speak. he then tilted his head at the expression. "Well, then what are ya called now adays then?" Wei asked as he wandered if he wanted to know what he was called now. He then watched burai's eyes move behind him and he turned his head to see a kid...~
~"An who is this, aaahh thinkin to attack me, or somethin?" Wei asked the kid with a rather dull expression on his face. "heh, wow, your army is a kid?" Wei turned to burai in thought. Burai with a kid? interesting...Wei also wandered what happened to Hiro he'd thought for sure Hiro would be around as well.~
~"Well, what i wish ta talk about is better for well a more private setting." Wei answered as he looked at the kid then to everyone else around the inn area. "More private then here...for sure."~

Rasa didn't like this new ally. Not one bit. "Lord, conditions are being met. With any luck you can start phase two within the week. As to my age, better a kid then an old man. You'd probably be just as likely to break your own bones as your enemy's." A smile decorated the young man's face. "But then again, maybe you'd make good target practice." He extended his right hand to the stranger. "I'm Rasa. Nice to meet you. If you get bored come find me. I'm sure I can think of something that might entertain you." His hair fell in a way that curtained his eyes, but they were still visible. A cold emerald green that promised death barely sheathed by fire. His attempt to look menacing suffered due to the dirt on his face. Though perhaps, that someone young enough to have dirt on their face could make such an expression told volumes of the hell he had to have experienced.
