This is the thread where you sign up for the battle of Xiao Pei.
During the reign of Dong Zhuo, where everybody's attention was focused on him, smaller groups staked their own claims for power. There was a certain group of bandits called the Bandits of the Red Fang. The Fang grew in power very quickly and one day they set their sites on a certain city, and that city was Xiao Pei. With their huge forces, and the element of surprise on their side, the Fang easily took the city and are now holding the governor of Xiao Pei hostage, asking for a large amount of money in return for his freedom.
Now that the threat of Dong Zhuo is over, this large and dangerous threat has caught the warlord's attention, and even now, warlords are moving to act on this evil group. Though each kingdom is encountering internal affairs that they must focus on. So all the warlords can do is send only a small amount of troops and officers over to Xiao Pei to deal with the Red Fang. It is up to those heros to deal with this threat before it gets to big for even them to handle.
