Only siege weapons can be bought in this market. At the moment anyone can buy any of these but none can be created on the battle Field they must be bought. The only exception to this rule is the battle of Xia Pei which started before this.
Battering Ram
100 gold for 1 Ram
A study ram constructed from wood it is crewed by 20 unarmed workers which are covered by the price of the unit. With brute force it will eventually demolish any man made obstacle.
Strong: Gates & small walls
Weak: defence on any side, fire most of all
Siege Ram
250 gold for 1 ram
Similar in size to a standard ram its top is coated with a lay of metal which runs down the sides as well protection the ram and workers from missiles and fire attacks. It is also better made and stronger.

Ballista [/u]
150 gold for 1 Ballista
A portable weapon platform that is capable of firing a single large missile projectile over great distance. Further than a catapult for instance. It is made from wood and crewed by 3 men; it is affective at long to medium range. It can fire an average of 1 shot ever 30 seconds.
Strong: Enemy weapons and distant targets, spreads fear
Weak: mechanically complicated contraption easy to break
Catapult
200 gold for 1 catapult
Another portable weapon platform this one fires a single object usually a rock at great distance although less than the ballista. It curves so clearly can fire over things unlike the Ballista. It is crewed by 5 men and fires an average of 1 shot a minute. A standard weapon for any army.

Siege Tower

This is a large construction with the height set to be just higher than the height of the city wall being attacked. It attaches to the wall and lowers a gate allowing men to climb up the inside of the super structure and crest the top of the wall while the enemy can’t shoot at them. In other words its a very advanced ladder for people who care about their men’s lives.

A large ladder built to match the height of the wall it is used to scale. Very cheap but provides bo protection for the men climbing it.
