DWRPC is closed. I could honestly type for pages and pages and pages about reasons why, when really the biggest one is that I don't care. I don't care about it anymore and that's being brutally honest with you all which is what I wanna do. People have asked me why aren't I changing the site to what the members want but how many times have we done that? How many times have we changed it? Only the members that have been here for a long long time only know. I've had the site for 4 years, I started it at 14 and I'm now 18 I've grown up A LOT I'm a completely different person I don't have the passion for it anymore-at all and I don't think I'll ever get it back. There was a point in my life that this site was everything I thought about, all the time. I'd be in school and think of new things to incorporate to the site. I know I'm not giving any warning and I've only spoken to two people about it, one of them wasn't Voro which I do apologise about but it really was time. I remember when I created this forum at first it was just something that me and my friends did-create forums and they never really evolved into anything like DWRPC. I'd like to thank all the old members that have stuck with me and the site. Also the members that have inputted so much into it. The first is Da Qiao who is no longer that active and no longer staff but she was here from the very very beginning and helped me so much at the start. The Second is Colby, I remember when you joined in Version 2, such a great member, never asked to be staff but showed every quality that I wanted so you became a mod and eventually admin. Voro as well your an older member but was and is a great great great member that again has inputted so much time and effort into the site. I have to mention Tsuki because she like the previous has been around since the start and from then has always been such a popular, liked and legendary member. Another member is Liuxuande-Tian-Yanos some of you may not have a clue who I'm talking about but he joined at the beginning and was a mod for a long time he again helped me a lot but became inactive about 2 years, I hope he reads this one day. Zhen Ji- this one click I'd like to thank she joined around the beginning as well and has stayed around There are members that I probably could mention but these are the ones that really helped and those that I'm actually friends with It feels so strange closing it because for 4 years its been a main part of my life and a daily thought. If your annoyed-I hope your not I'm asking you not to post in this thread use any other thread you wish I would like to use this thread for people to put good thoughts, memories, thank yous and whatever just positive stuff. People have said why don't I pass it on to someone else...the answer to that is I don't want to, not to be selfish but this is my site and I want to close it? The members can do whatever they want, to be honest I would actually like if you guys made another forum, I'd probably join but rarely post. I'm choosing to close it now because the site isn't completely dead but its getting there and yes we could change it and get it active again but I'd rather leave on a high Like I said and I hate to repeat myself this does feel so strange and makes me feel genuinely sad, some people might think I'm a bit pathetic but it is gonna take a few weeks to really sink in. I'm of course gonna keep it contact with people and if anyone that I don't already you can find my email/msn in my profile.....well I guess this is it. I'm gonna keep the c box there for people to pop in but every other board will be closed you can see the threads and your posts but you wont be able to reply in them so if people want to use their bios for other things or just to look at their RPing they can

So many friends here, so many memories... this is where Tsuki was born but I can ensure everyone she'll be back. She'll be at DA and MSN for a long long time to come. So many friends... Lu Xiang, Kaitsu, Xiu Lao, Hiroshi, Burai... all the staff members and everyone else. I won't forget you guys ever! Poor Tsuki... she's gonna miss her 2 husbands XD

At least I can walk away knowing that none on this site shall steal my rank of top poster! HAHA!!!

I shall miss this site, I think I may have actually been here since version 1, I can't actually remember. I know I saw versions 2,3 and 4 and I stuck by this site through thick and thin. Even when unactive I was still lurking there, monitoring from a distance.

I've got to say that I'm a little astonished but at the sametime I had a sense that this was gonna happen soon. Which probably made me start to try and help this site the best I could in the last couple of weeks. I remember the first time I joined this site I was a depressed little kid who was unbelievably shy and had very few friends. I learned alot from the people here and I can say that this place changed my life for the better without a doubt and I am not exaggerating about that fact. I'm glad that I tried to get this site back up and through my recent posts instead of letting it die.

But even though this site has closed I don't think this community should disband like so many other sites do only keeping in touch every now and then. The people here that I know can make a good site and continue to have fun. And although it is probably wishful thinking I do hope we can continue on and make another site and talk with eachother more. But not to just fill in for DWRPC but to make something new and better for other rpers out there as well who also like Dynasty Warriors and the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and maybe more.

I actualy cant quite belive it happening in the end. I mean alright there were plenty of times i lost interest for a while and even a 2 or 3 when the site was declared officaly dead before but we always came back in the end. its sad to think that wont happen this time. So many good memories for me here.

I remember being asked to be leader of wei 4 different times one point when i was the forces only active member with my character Cao Pi. Then i meet Lu Xiang and we got remavamped to defeat the other forces. Great battles against him and my brother Yanos. We had a good time i seem to remeber my character got married maybe 2-3 times. Soo many people i could mention Tai, Simon, Steve the list is endless now.

But the main thing i will remember is now poor i was when i started here. I could not string together much more than a paragraph well and with a tone of errors. Now i can write really well and incorprate some of the fantastic ideas that come to me some times. Iv gained a tone of confidence in fact im writing a novle at the moment which probably wont live up to anything but you never know.

If anyone does start a new sight be sure to point it out to me and i will happy to join. I am still certainly going to carry on to role play even if not here.

Alright well this site was fun, but no need to mourn the past, what lewis said makes sense, i would never expect anyone to continue being admin on a site they were apathetic towards.

...This was my biggest fear to come back to the site to see the words "DWRPC is closed" and now I have come back to see it...DAMN IT!!!! This was my first rp site I really cared for. I loved the people on here and I would like to think that I have improved my rp skill while on here. I would love to help anybody with a site like this, I will never forget this site...

I guess this post wouldn't be complete by passing the shared memories around, do not grieve the death of something - but relish in the achievements of its life. Dynasty Warriors Roleplay Central was my first and my most important of roleplay sites, it was where I began and most possibably the most important. It came of little shock to me, I have lost effort in this place but it doesn't mean I will miss it. I think all of us need a little break (well staff at least) but this isn't the last you've heard of me!

I'll come bigger, meaner and stronger! A big shout out to everyone who has been amazing of course. Obviously Admin himself for hosting and starting this site. I wasn't here to witness the creation but I was accepted and became part of the friendliest staff team I have ever met.

No staff term would've been complete without good old Matt (Vorodor). The guy is a pure genious even if his spelling is poor, bless him haha! The boy raised me with his amazing portrayal of Cao Pi that will always be cherished and envied! Such a pious foe! Not only was Voro friendly, open minded and ambitious but also a hard worker. I can't say i'd ever seen someone work so hard in my life. DWRPC always had something to do, or something to solve and Voro in his activeness was usually on the scene first and we can mostly all agree what a great guy he was.

I'd just like to say this isn't going to go in any order (I don't pick favourites soz.) Holly! If you don't know Holly, then you suck toes. Holly is not only the cutest most genuine girl but her roleplay kicks major ass. She was staff merely by her amazingness and I will keep in touch with her also because she is cool but she has no comparison when it comes to disturbed female evil roles!

The list continues! Obviously I couldn't leave this place without meantions the dynamic duo of Tai and Jack. The two fights of the site. Always at eachothers throats and teasing eachother with such energy. Both were like my little padawans and I shall miss them but keep in contact with them. Both have grown greatly and both have nagged myself into gear so many times. I remember the both of them wanting to conquer China more then I did (curse my laziness!)

Now to the veterans, the long lasting "legends" of the forum haha. Yanos needs a mention though he left in an unpredicted way. His vigor and his energy and effort of the site still shines today! Shigure Burai, a long standing member and a philosphical roleplayer who brings and element of depth to his roleplays, a firm combatant both in a raging debate and on the battlefield . Ryu Yin! Of course, the long and loyal assassin who stood beside us no matter how much he disagreed with things. Always creative and would think of new and amazing plots and ploys to spice things up a bit. Sun Yelena, the drama queen who has always been polite, well manners and overly nice to me (blatently fancies me lololololololol.) I was blown away the first time I roleplayed with her and her threads and refreshingly female, she brings not only an element of romance but also reality to the storyline and she is a homie for life now!

Tsuki! The global highest posters and most notable for be my wife within the storyline. Haha. She talks for herself, the animalistic, blood hungry fiend that homosexually and bisexually ninjas you to death. Tsuki not only has experience but is one of the most friendliest roleplayers I know. Skill doesn't bother her and she'll roleplay anything with anyone (Amazing!)

What DWRPC has given to me? Other than a group/community of amazing people who indeed we do clash sometimes but overall i'd say this is one of if not the best communities to roleplay in. Not only this but the chance to manage and maintain a site under staff, as well as completing an update based upon my own and other peoples concepts. I have a greater understand of the historical period as well as my writing skills improving.

Anyways enough jibber-jabber hah!
