I was wondering, If your character is currently RPing in one place, are we allowed to start another thread with the same character at the same time?

Character's are allowed to be in two threads at once, however I believe this is worked like this.
1 of the threads must be something taking place inside their main camp. Meaning if you are in Wu/Shu/Wei then one thread can be in that private area.
The other thread can be in another RP area, or inside the camp.
It may be though that you can be in two separate places anywhere. Da Qiao could tell you better than I.

Like Kumori said, the camps (labeled only "Shu" for you) is open for rp no matter where your character is. This is the place for only those in your camp to rp. So you can be in as many threads in your camp as feasible. This doesn't mean every thread, but there's no specific limit.
The other place your character can be (IC) is in a regular rp thread (all cities, forests, villages, ect.) In this case, where the RP takes place determines how many threads you can be a part of, in one area. No matter what, your character cannot be in the forest, village, and a city. One In Character (IC) area at one time. Now, if there are 2 threads in the forest that you want to be a part of, this varies on circumstance. You cannot be in every thread in the forest; so pick your threads wisely. The 'forest', 'villages', ect. are not all in one location. As you can see in the "Area Help" threads of the sections. The forests are spread out. While we won't punish you for being in two, you might get a warning if you're in more than two. We believe you are old enough to know limits and can decide which threads are reasonable to be in. So if you want two, chose two that aren't likely to conflict or that you know are in one area.
The only time your character can be in a third place IC is for the Exhibition battle. Any battle that is for practice or play is the only time your character is allowed to have another IC place to rp. None of the IC threads outside of the battle area should refer to the battle, since it is pretend and practice. This means that no matter who wins, that camp cannot go around bragging and can't take land, ect. If the leaders of two camps do decide to have a real battle, this will change.
