What would Xiu Lao Do after Defeating Lu Xun at He Fei Castle, of course he can do any of the followings but It depend on your guesses for this one, lets say he could Find Lu Xun and Defeated him, that’s an IF I don’t know it its possible but it could be interesting as well.
Lu Xun is Defeated by Xiu Lao, he fell on his knees in front of him after the beating, he started breathing hardly trying to reach his sword as Xiu Lao stood tall looking coldly at him Lu Xun Tried to Stand to fight but shaken and fell on his four lowering his head down and unable to fight at this point Xiu Lao would… (the following polls)

I voted 2 but then it would go to 1. I don't really know how your character acts, but I am sure he'd want Xun to know why there was so much hatred. Afterward, Lao would simply leave Xun to his death so that he could cherish what few moments were left in his life.

((I had to do this. The moment was just asking for it. But still I really think you should just kill him and acomplish what you wanted to do. But their is a downside. What are you gonna do afterwards who are you going to fight and train yourself to beat. What will be your goal now that he is dead.))

And strike down your enemy for pure enjoyment and laugh hysterically while killing him the most painful way possible. Strike fear into his heart so that he will not think of anything good as he dies a pathetic death as his soul reaches the gates of hell. And finally watch as demons rip his body limb from limb and drag him to the other side, hear him scream as the gates close on him and then smile as his eyes are riped out of his eye sockets at the last second.

number one doesn't mean Lu Xun he will be killed...
for the Record I remember Xiu Lao said he anted to Defeat Lu Xun to prove to the world he is better than him, still he said he will beat him hard not kill him, but its still possible he could.

I made some paragraph for each pool of what Xiu Lao would do.
(Number one)
"you cant stand..." suddenly leaves.
(number Two)
he points at Lu Xun with anger "see! I am better than you! I am superior! you cant challenge me! I hate you for all the things you have done to me in the past! My Family doesn't seem me as there Smart Child after you appeared!"
(number three)
he gazed at him and looked at the Sky "ahahahahaa!! I defeated him? AAAAHaahahahaha! I really defeated him finally! ahaahahahaha!"
(number four)
rising the sword "its the end for you now Lu Xun..." *kills him*
(number five)
he knees before him and held Lu Xun between his hands Shaking him lightly to wake him up "Lu Xun! Lu Xun!" he said as Xun Opened his eyes slowly and Lao smiled.
"oh Lu Xun... why you made me do all this" he said and rose his head to the sky "My anger has Vanished, I feel different now, I did what I wanted to do long time ago, I no longer feel the anger in my heart anymore"
(number six)
he get closer and rose the sword preparing to end him, but the back of Xun's Head remind him of something, child memories where the voices of them talking when they where kids.
"why your standing alone? my name is Lu Xun" a childish Lu Xun voice.
"I'm- I am Xiu Lao from Jing" a child Lao.
"why your scared of the water? let me show you how to swim"
"why your helping me? I don't want to swim!"
"hey Lao why your alone today? lets go and hunt together ok?"
After Lao remembered it his sword drops down and looked down at Lu Xun feeling pity on him.

I think Lao should show some pity after all just wanting to beat someone is hardly a reason to lash out on them. Lu Xun had never done anything to be killed, it's more of the fact that Lao is how you say jealous? In the end that would get Lao no where, nothing would be gained from killing Lu Xun except for him being able to put himself on a pedestal for a few moments.
