i would have to say Sun Ce cause he can inspire a new recruit as in. hey this guy was in battles since he was 12 if he can do it i can to. type of thing

Liu Bei, he had the most honor out of them all. Liu Chan should be up there except I wouldn't vote for him because beginning Shu is when all the best warriors were there until Wu had to be girls and betray Shu and kill Guan Yu and Zhang Fei. Everything went to shit after that debacle.

I voted for Cao Pi because he did what it took to win and he actually went into the battle and fought. Those are the qualities of a great leader.

my favorite has to be Sun Ce, just because he took the most land in the least amount of time, but a close second is definitely Cao Cao, the only thing that could stop him was a brian tumor.
