I love Sun Ce so i'd probaly vote him. The little conqueror ofcourse. But Sima Yi and Cao Pi are a close second for me  Cao Pi is so damn arrogantly cool. And Sima Yi is just brutal. |

Yeah I'm going for Sun Ce as well, he is just cooler and I know he screwed up but still I would rather have someone that would be fun on the battlefield |

Yeah he is also one of leaders that I can see actually going out on the battlefield and actually fighting not just ordering around.

Gotta to love Cao Pi. Arrogance is amazing. Though if we were voting SW aswell. Shingen and Nobunaga would also be up there. Shigen was pretty damn hilarious and Nobunaga was just awesome, he conquers everything... well almost  |

I voted for Liu Bei, simply since he was so charismatic and brought so many gifted generals to his side.
But Cao Cao, Cao Pi and Sun Ce are all right up there as well

Liu Bei here aswell, he loved his people and fighted to bring peace to the land, not that the other leaders were too, but their goals were just to conquer the land and have it all under their domain and also he brought together great generals under his command, some of them that were his enemies, gave themselves to his service he clearly is one of the most remarkable leaders of the three kingdoms |

Cao Cao was a good leader... but i like his son so much better. Hes my type of guy and he had everything that was required of a succesful leader :] He had few weaknesses because he didn't attach himself to people.
