yeah I gotta quote Tian for this one. The kind leader is the good one.
However Cao Cao is very closly behind him in this one. He was a brilliant leader, even if he was a traitor to the Han and all that

I'll have to agree on Liu Bei. Though Sun Ce is really energetic and a good fighter, Liu Bei is the kindest, and I like that in a leader. Even still, he can be a good fighter. I usually prefer Shu or Wu rather than Wei, so no votes for the Cao family...I just don't like Cao Cao...how he is, his general attitude and personality.

I have to say Sun Ce. He's a caring, strong leader with a brain. Although some times the things he say doesn't make sense.
