Diao Chans adopted father was Wang Yun I think, after Dong Zhou died his generals were either killed of given parden, except Li Jue and Guo Si. Those generals joined together and invaded the capital and killed Wang Yun.

I don't think there's evidence of her real one. Wang Yun was killed by Li Jue and Guo Si when they led a coup in the capital.
