A classic sub-forum I found for character development. A page where people put 'relationship profiles', basically a summary of one character's personality, who they consider friend, foe, potential lover, family, ect. along with an opinion based on said character's experience and thoughts.

Or better yet, a character development board, cause it's not only in terms of relations that a character will develop. Who knows, your character may have a completely different perception of life after a very special event.
Like when my character, a mercenary-for-hire, finally decides to settle down in one place.

Sounds very usefull. I was already looking for something like that.
You could put in things such as:
Current Location
State of Body
State of Mind
Relations
Or are we supposed to put such things in Journals, Rumors and Letters?

Or let it the players just put in whatever they want to.
Like a thread list.
Or list of battles.
Or special events.
Whatever comes to mind.

Well looking at what we have is one that we need. I know it is weird but not everyone has a feud with a whole kingdom. One example that is actually named in the Dynasty Warrior Banter that I saw is the relationship between Liu Bei and SSX. SSX and Liu Bei love each other but Liu Bei and Sun Quan.
