New dynasty wariors game

Today I played the Japanese demo of the new dynasty warriors and I found it rather odd that characters could nearly fly and go into a dbz like super saiyan mode, though it still played nice and gave some cool aerial battles between sun shang xiang (the character I played the demo with) and some other commanders. What do you guys think of it?

also in the new game characters have a bow and a melee weapon which is rather nice and combat seems to work the same except for the hyper mode thing (played the demo on ps3 so not sure how this new combat would be on other systems)

Is this Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce for the PS3 you're talking about? I've played the PSP version but the PS3/Xbox version is way better (more effort went into it). I don't mind the flying, though I don't use it because I can't control my characters very well in the air ¬_¬;

It's a little bit of a change from the usual game system, more for the fantasy preferring public which is a good basis point to lure people into the classic versions.

Yes, it should be as it was at the MCM and was on only Xbox machines but is also made for PS3.

Can't say I've heard a thing about this - last I'd heard (and seen), Strikeforce was still PSP-only; in other words, not worth it, since I've got little to no interest in PSP. Still, given this whole Super Saiyan-like feel that it allegedly has, I'm not sure I'd bother even on PS3. Nonetheless I'll look into it, if only to satiate the DW fan in me that demands I at least give it the time of day.

I find Strikeforce to be pretty cool. It totally change the whole concept of the games. Though it might be cool go "super sayian like" I still like the old concept better.
