Warhammer RP thread

Hey guys i want to set up a warhammer thread(not 40k) in free role play. Im not really that into the game but the story line is undeniably epic and there are so many different races.

In this thread you can play a character from any race even the very power ones like demons. The story will take place in a town in the empire where the goal for all the characters is to find a relic of great power. But feel free to make up your own individual goals instead, like if you were a demon for example eating people for instance lol

I will keep this thread here for a while to get a estimate of how many people are interesting in joining. Remember any race like, human (any kingdom), high elf, dark elf, wood elf, chaos, demon, beastmen, undead, orcs, skaven any of the races really. Only thing i am going to rule out is dragons.

Ok my character

Name: Valen Von Carstein
Age: 850 years
Gender: Male
Species: Vampire, von carstein bloodline
Title: NA
Abilities: As a Vampire he is super strong and super fast he can see perfectly in the dark and is very hard to kill. He also has some magical ability not so much in offensive magic but he is a potent necromancer.
History: He was born a long time ago during the first war of the vampire counts. A slyvanian noble he was turned into a vampire by Manfred Von Carstein and served him in his undead army as they attempted to overthrow the empire. After they failed he was cast into hiding and has been building his own power ever since seeking magical items to increase his power.
Followers: He has his coven with him. A group of 30+ humans that serve him due to a blood bond he has with them, they allow him to feed on them and prove him with blades and money. Mostly they are minor nobles not great fighters but could hire more men. Of course as a necromancer every cemetery is a potential recruiting ground.

It's good to see that I'm not the only person who knows what Warhammer is. Not being into the game is understandable since even a small army can set you back a few hundred pounds. Admittedly, the story line is good, at least in comparison to the 40k one which is horribly biased on the side of the Imperium.

I'll fill out the character template as soon when it's not 1 in the morning where I am. I'll have it done, hopefully in about 7 or 8 hours as I have to get up for a Warhammer club, surprisingly.

Bahaha I see what you did there =P Anywho I’ve never got into any of the tabletop stuff but I gotta agree that the universe is pretty awesome.

Species: Human, but infused with demonic abilities. Champion of Tzeentch.
Title: The Creator
Ability: Has access to a variety of enhanced spells, an extra arm ending in a claw growing out of his torso. He is only a mediocre swordsman. He carries with him a staff tipped with the sigil of Tzeentch and a medium sized sword that gives off a feint blue glow. He can also temporarily summon demons from beyond the rift to serve him.
History: He was once a bright wizard in service to the holy emperor. He was charged with leading a small group of soldiers to quell a chaos uprising, but was met with larger opposition then expected. His unit was wiped out, but he was spared by Tzeentch, who had bigger plans for him. It wasn’t long until his will snapped and Azureal was more than happy to accept any gifts he was given and serve his chaos god.
Followers: He is followed by 10 cultists, but can also call upon small numbers of demons to his side in the midst of combat. The cultists are more or less just there to provide sacrifice for summoning larger demons.

Species: Human (mutant)
Title: None
Ability: He knows very minor Bright Magic from his studying at the Bright college, but he has far more use of the powers granted to him by Slaanesh. Though his abilities possess little use in combat and his swordsmanship is of a very basic standard, the daemon which has practically enslaved him often takes over and attacks with great strength and skill, but has no access to Markus's powers. The Daemon sword cuts through most material with relative ease, though is very heavy and must be wielded with two hands when the Daemon is not in control of his body.
History: Markus studied at the Altdorf college of the Bright order for several years. An artifact brought in for study was foolishly left in the hands of the young student, who proceeded to carry out his own experiments on it with strange effects; whenever he held the blade, a voice would speak to him, one which could not be heard by anyone else, and were he to move too far away from the blade he would experience a great amount of pain. Fearing the wrath of his professors, he fled the college with the artifact and settling in a rural area far from the capital of the empire. It was not long before the voice began to gain more influence over him, he soon found himself losing control of his body and committing strange acts. Eventually, his mind was corrupted and he gave his mind to Slaanesh, who blessed him with greater speed and reflexes and an aura of comeliness, but has since ignored him. Using the powers granted by his god, he scoured the countryside for weeks, eventually encountering a group of beastmen, promptly slaying their leader and taking charge of the group himself. Over the years he has lost many of his original followers, but has replaced them with those corrupted by the stigma of chaos.
Followers: A group of 15, 5 of which are beastmen. The majority of the group are not very skilled with a weapon, though two of the beastmen are significantly larger than the others. Most of his henchmen are suffering from the chaos stigma and have started to develop minor deformations, whereas one of the warriors has been blessed with Chaos armour, fused to his flesh, and serves as second-in-command to Markus, only deterred from killing the leader of the warband by the Daemon he is host to.
