[Cao Cao]
He Jin knew of Cao Cao, the man of the North. He was very loyal to the Han and had often honoured the Emperor and served him. His own adoptive father had served as one of the Eunuchs. He Jin didn't allow people to speak to the Emperor unless they had the correct status or reason and even then he would normally pass on the message for them - stealing the credit. He Jin was a corrupt as he was murderous, hence why he liked Cao Cao. Something inside of him made him inspired and reminding him of his younger days.
"Cao Mengde, It is an honour to have you serve the Han. Your loyalty and willingness is most appreciated in these tough times. I am touched by the fall of Chen Liu, such a great city and for this I will fuel your cause. I will give you one thousand of the Emperors Imperial forces to recapture Chen Liu - If you complete such a task, return here. I have bigger plans for men such as you."
He Jin said bowing, writing off a small note like the rest before. The other generals he had given a bit of freedom with their tasks. No doubt they had their own feuds with the Yellow Turbans. However, Cao Cao had something to fight for. He wanted to reclaim his previous lands of Chen Liu and clearly he wouldn't stop until it was over. Blood. Something He Jin was a fan for.
"I may personally send some of my own generals to assist you in the recapture of this city. Our counter-attack against these rebels begin now, Cao Cao. I bid you a safe night and a fruitful campaign against these dogs."
He said passing the note over to the man, issuing him one thousand men of his own decision before bowing once more. The surge of power shocking between them, like a huge jolt of statis electricity pelting He Jin within his hand. Almost jumping back away from Cao Cao at impact - this was a man to be watched.

[To Sun Jian]
The guards moved asside, they were expecting the Sun Family. Their blades moved away and the gates opened allowing him access to the blade. If Sun Jian had come to speak to the Emperor he was out of luck. However, He Jin would be assessable. The great imperial palace was a structure to behold, a large and ambitious place where dreams could be crushed or created. Men would bow, men would argue, men would die. The same old story, within this political stronghold.
"Imperial Commander He Jin, will see you now."
The guard at the doors of the office said, redirecting the traffic to He Jin. The man who had taken affairs into his own hands. Inside he stood, fully armoured and upon his chair, smoking his pipe.
"Ahh, Sun Jian. What brings you this far North? It is a pleasure to see you, what can I assist you with?"

The uncertain future has crept upon the Han many a time, rebellions to the glorified Imperial clan which each time no one has questioned the reasons to why such things have occured; simply placing the veil of ingorance over a subject that when uncovered all would view the truth. Tribes pushed into revolts for they have been placed into exile from the mainland, viewed upon as mere folly that should kowtow to the Ruling Empire. General after General fell to their ferocious spirit that they refused to back down, no one could have foreseen such chaos explode from the Mountains to surge into the surrounding villages. The Han was becoming weak, their Generals a few now that the tribes had gained the upper gand; their ascending strength in the Northern regions was becoming alarming. At last, the Empire was given a light they could shine through the shadows that the Qiang had conjured, the abyss was becoming a mere myth as the forces placed under one figure caused devastation for the mountainous tribes.
Pushed back they were, further and further into the Mountains where they first came from; soon to disappear into the skies and remain mere words on the lips of townfolk. With a harsh tone, the large frame upon a black thoroughbred steed thrust the sword of order into the air, troops crashed to-and-fro fighting for their lives..fighting for the honour of the Emperor. A roaring voice as those he once conversed with, fell by his own blade; there was no retribution in war, if one placed their back against the Empire..relations were ignored, reconciliation was sent into the void and death would become of the many who attempted to trample upon him. Fear before him, yet many admired the confidence he was had to persuade the masses into his cause. However, now, the figure purged terror into the populace through strength and force; words were no longer used, the nonchalance of chivalry had been drained from his being..those who crossed him, fell upon the daggers of the Nether Realm..
Indeed, the name was widely known within the Imperial Court, one of notorious arrogance and times of disobedience; but, no one could deny that once placed a mission, he saw it to the end..and always returned with positive results. His name, Dong Zhuo, of Lingxi Commandery and subduer of the Northern Tribes.. Even the mention of his courtesy name, Zhongying, could send a small fragment of coldness down the length of any spine. On his return to the Imperial City, a return that was welcomed and expected; for he was not Dong Zhuo to turn down the opportunity to gain the Emperor's favour from placing peace at the Han's borders. Another call to the battlefield met the man's ears, another rebellion but far from the Northern tribes of Qiang; it came from the mainland and the East.. Zhang Jiao, indeed a name known to the Court, one who failed the Imperial bureaucratic examinations. To lead a rebellion was foolish, to think such loss; could he not simply re-take the examinations next time? No, perhaps not. The beaten fool, adorned with yellow turbans, rose like the phoenix only to be met by the waves of Heavely streams to dose the flames of false hope.
"Guards of our Honourable Majesty, to Luoyang I have returned to report my success against the Qiang. Yet, I am disraught with news of an uprising under a failed Minister; allow me entrance to speak with our esteemed Regent General He.. We must cut the throat to the body before it is enabled air to breath." It was a pathetic bow to say the least, but, over recent years Zhongying was given leniency..his wayward attitude accepted into each courtiers embrace, though arrogant he was effecient and to lose such an ally to anyone would be foolish. But, indeed, it did not stop the many becoming tired and annoyed at such an outward thrust of arrogance upon the Empire.

"Commander He Jin will see you now!!
Said the guard at the doors of his Imperial office at Luo Yang, the doors cranked, screeching across the hard stone floors - scratching and allowing He Jin to expect company. There he sat, upon his desk with his normal stance of deep pondering, whether it was for himself or the Han it didn't really matter.
"Ah, Master Dong Zhuo. Do come in. It has been a while, a warm face in a time of such growing darkness. I'm sure your cold and deviant ways of dealing with things and controlling the situation will secure the Han's future with no doubt. I have only noticed the Turbans have failed to reach anywhere near your more disciplined lands; I'm impressed. So what have you come for?"
He Jin said, the man was very powerful but he still had a way to go before he would reach He Jin's standard. The land had not yet been divided by the feudal lords and the Han was still strong, though becoming weaker and weaker by the day. He Jin intended to separate China into smaller states, giving his loyalist generals the land for even more loyalty as well as giving them the power and authority to keep control for him. It would mean less of the Hans funds would be needed to be spend on the peasents.

Cao Cao bowed to the words of the Imperial Regent. He had been assigned a thousand men, and he had already decided on the means in which to use them.
“You honour me.” He stated clearly, smiling as he returned the clasped fist, “I look forward to the day our swords severe the heads from our enemies, but until then – I have urgent business to attend with.”
He bowed again, his face a forever reminder of the callous nature he held within. He was not evil, no – but he had a fierce ambition, and that ambition would seek the lives of thousands before it was fulfilled. He turned to leave, passing a guard before walking passed Dong Zhuo, a magistrate and commander that had been ordered to the North West to tame the beasts that called themselves the Qiang. Maybe he returned in victory, or maybe this was another blow to the deeds of the Han court. One day, he would amend those blows, but for now he needed to keep his calm. He bowed his head in a small dip, and then returned to lock eyes with the oxy beast.
“My lord.” He clasped a hand to his chest in honour, and then continued on his way to the city’s streets. He had no words to give a man of beasty origin; no…he would deal with such a menace later, now he had a yellow turban army to destroy.

Into the chamber Zhongying walked, the respectful bows to patrolling guards was not to his taking..each was not given the worth of even a look, or smirk, however one could not take insult further. Dong bowed respectfully to the Regent General, a custom he had forced himself to perform, for there was only time where such formalities would turn into dust before him. A coy smile approached as the words of his ways came into question, such jealousy did this man harbour? No one knew, the fear placed forward was more needed than living in a life of clouds. "Regent General, such methods have proven successful, yet, is ridicule continued to be placed at my door?" As an eyebrow was raised, Zhongying did not give He Jin any time to reply to such a question; nothing more than a rhetoric no doubt..
"My visit seemed to bare a double-edge. I return to report the subjugation of the Qiang tribes, they have been thrusted into their ancestral lands and shall never return to our borders." A short pause, another custom forces as Dong inclined his head to the favour of the Regent. "But as one struggle is placed within the past, another surges to the fore..yet, I do not see any formation in qualming this realm." A small ridicule upon the Empire, one so used to the words that contain frank and honest remarks..indeed a chilling breeze it formed, but one had become used to the ways of Zhongying. "To dare to place their blade against my jurisdiction is a fools game, Regent General." A short chuckle, yet true to Dong. "I have taken the advice from my council to allow the men of the expedition to lay rest and patroll the borders so that the Qiang do not wish to be thrust back a second time. However, I have brought a small number of 400 and more men with me to give aid to the Imperial forces. As a vassal of our Excellency, I must act upon this foolish failed Minister to thwart his desires of the Dragon Throne." Another tradition printed onto the mind of Zhongying, as a final inclination of the head was performed to end his words; a subtle message of requesting part of the Imperial force to place against the rebellion Dong saw as futile..

He Jin laughed, Dong Zhuo was always a welcome site. The man was strong and powerful, both by heart, health and mind. He knew what he wanted and simply removed it. The Qiang tribes were removed and now the Yellow Turbans now doubt would be swept beneath the rug.
"It is men like you, that China needs most! The work appears to never be done for us though, Master Zhuo. I would ask of you and you men to move East and assist with the crushing of this rebellion. I personally will bulk out your army with a thousand of my men to assist."
He Jin said, still being above Dong Zhuo by rank there was little the man could do. Plus he had shown talent for removing pests already. These Turbans would be required to be removed as quickly as possible. They were increasingly becoming disruptive towards trade and the economy.
Cao Can and Yuan Shao were already making their moves, Liu Bei no doubt soon following. Sun Jian run his own errands against Zhang Jiao. Dong Zhuo no doubt would join in. He Jin filled in the final notes before handing him the note the generals had recieved before him. One thousand of the Imperials finest troops at his disposal.
"Like the other lords before you, there is no room for failure here. Come home without victory then expect nothing more then your head to removed. I hope we have an understanding, Master Zhuo. No doubt you are one of the best the Han has to offer."

As his hand stroked the thick beard upon his chin, Zhongying listened to the Regent General's words with great satsifaction; indeed more troops would be beneficial however..he too was a mere subbordinate of the Han and could only stretch as much. "I thank you for the aid Regent General He, I shall make sure these pests do not have the chance to transform themselves into the vermin that spread the chaos." Yet there was some words that took a bitter taste for Dong, especially the subtle threat, or so he read it, for returning without victory..indeed something he would not place forward, a mere word to cause others to work harder.
Another forced inclination. "Regent General, failure is unquestionable; I shall live by the laws I place upon my men. Those who to not bring victory shall recieve the martial laws of our ancestors... If all is correct then I shall be frank to take my leave and cut the neck before the body takes its true first breath." Zhongying gave a roar of laughter, it shrilled with a forced fear in others, one that the feeble would cower under no doubt. Dong was already anticipating his second return to the Capital, surely a reward would be greater when combined with his efforts against the Qiang. High office was his destination, all knew too well that he truely desired the status of the man he sat opposite..

He Jin smiled, someone who shared the dark and sadistic ways of himself. He didn't care how he achieved victory - as long as it was achieved. The Butcher, they called him. He Jin bowed to Dong Zhuo.
"I'm sure you will please the Han. You are dismissed Master Dong Zhuo."
He said remembering his work wasn't getting done any faster. Before seeing the rather rounded man outside the doors of his office. He had a fondness for Dong Zhuo - he was firm and well-educated. He didn't take failure as an answer which was why he outshone most of the other generals working for the Han at this current time. He bit his lip, knowing even himself would have to take up arms to crush this rebellion once and for all.

Sun Jian entered the inner chamber which was now empty after seeing two Han Generals leave. Though he was just a member of the Southlands, he still wished to make a difference.
When he entered, he turned to He Jin, and put one hand over the other infront of him, then bowed his head in respect, before lifting himself back up, "I have come to see if I can aid you in the termination of the current threat of the Yellow Turbans. They don't only threaten the Han, but also the many people who live in this prosperous land and poison the minds of the civilians to volunteer for their army. Though the lands of Jiangdong are away from danger, I cannot stand by and allow this to happen, which is why I am moving North with my officers to be able to quell this rebellion".
As he spoke, he then remembered what his scout reported, then added, "Though with everyone's attention currently on the Yellow Turbans, I hear the Bandits are causing trouble up north in Jin Yang. Please allow the Tiger to end this, and bring peace back to Jin Yang without threat of the Bandits".
He then resumed his bow that he done earlier as he waited for Imperial Commander He Jin's reply.

He Jin, cracking a smile upon his quickly dying face. Like a china pot that had been dropped far too many times. He was no better then the Turbans in reality, however the justice and power had to be upkept. The turbans weren't helping the countries current situation.
"Master Sun Jian, I welcome you to fight alongside the Han. If Jin Yang is your target, so be it. Take one thousand of my men to seize the land and prove yourself in the Northern lands as well as the south. I am glad to have you on my side."
He Jin bows, the Sun clan wasn't as strong as it used to be. But it was still alive none the less. He respected the south even though they were compulsive and often rude and uncompliant. He sighed, dismissing the man. The constant interupts of the lords were distracting him from his work.

As He Jin bowed to him, Sun Jian bowed also, "Consider the threat of Bandits no more", as he stood back up after making sure He Jin was up, before taking his leave from the Palace, to meet up with his men, as well as meeting up with the thousand troops given by He Jin.
