This is the base camp of the massive Yellow turban army outside the walls of the city. Come here to speak with their leader Zhang Jiao. But you better be expected if he does not like you he has an entire army at his beck and call.

Smirking to himself lightly, Xian patted his horses flank as he looked at the sea of Yellow before him as he neared Chen Liu. Riding into the town, He was surprised to see so many armed men in one place, with it still standing. As he neared the main building, He could see the difference in the men, as the guards had better equipment and looked atleast passably trained.
Dismounting, Xian handed the reins to a guard as he proceeded into the building. Entering Xian saw a raggedy, old man with a staff speaking to two others who shared a familiar similarity before they turned their attention to him. Speaking quietly, yet directly, Xian declared "I've heard that you stand against the Han, and it's outdated ways. If you'll accept it, I'll offer my sword.

Zhang Bao bowed to the man inside the tented undefined building, it was nothing major a few scavenged buildings within Chen Liu, with a huge yellow flag above. Zhang Jiao was busy with other affairs and had left his younger brother to deal with the buisness. Zhang Bao at the time of this new appearance was studying the letters intercepted of He Jin to the regional lords, in came a man.
Zhang Bao gently brushed his face, the man didn't seem like a turban - but didn't carry himself like a member of the Han either. He looked left and right to his guards. Gently dismissing them with a displeasing look. The man spoke quickly and to the point. Not even mentioning his man, a gloomy look upon Zhang Bao's face. If he simply wanted to join the Yellow Turbans he could've just gone to the barracks. He sighed, brushing his face hoping this man was a little more significant then a simple rebel.
"Ah, the Han. The Han, is merely a weed that needs cutting down. Together we can plant new seeds and grow a new empire of peace and understanding - equality. Your blade is highly respected. Tell me young warrior what is your name? Now that I know your purpose."
Zhang Bao said, welcoming any man who would fight against the Tyranny of He Jin and his Imperial army. His staff kept firmly in his right hand, coiled around it like a snake.

"I am Zong Xian Liang, but I guess you can call me Xian, Everyone else does. Now...I've got a some men with me, but against the Imperial Army we'll be slaughtered. I'm going to need some more men, poorly trained or not, that can help bolster my numbers, If you have any to spare it would be greatly appreciated." Looking him in the eye, Xian smirked slightly as he saw the belief in his eyes that his cause was just, and right. Inwardly, He knew this was just a means to an end, but for now...He was sure he'd picked the winning side.

Zang Bao nodded, the man was recent member but he did inspire hope. He was brave, mostly probably strong and well tamed for this cause. He could inhale this mans passion and heart of steel.
"Hmm men, we are strong in force but weak in strength. No doubt you can assist that. Take two thousand from our pockets here at Chen Liu. I'm sure you can spread the word of the Way of Peace and luster more if you need to."
Zhang Bao said, stroking his face. It was going to be a cold and bloody war. He bowed his head gently dismissing the man. Understanding the man already knew the goals of the Yellow Turbans - it wasn't to cause havoc but to destroy the Han and create a new way of peace.

Bowing slightly, Xian spoke before he left to gather his men. "Thank you, My Lord. Now, I must take my leave. I've got many preparations before I'm ready to stand against the Han." Quickly turning on his heel, Xian made his way from the room, taking his horse from the guard who was still holding it. Mounting up, He looked around at the sea of yellow in Chen Liu, and couldn't help but smirk at how easily the masses were swayed. Mooving at a trot, Xian made his way out of Chen Liu and down the road a bit to where his men were camped.

Ban worked his way through the Turban stronghold after gaining entrance as a representative of a number of farmsteads out in Wan. He was here to commit the forces that he had gathered through gold and lots of persuasion. He got deeper into the camp and noticed that not only were they were better armed but he could see more Fanatical believers. It sickened him to see such blind devotion to a crazy old man. All he was here to do was to use Jiao and his brothers' influence to help destroy the Han Dynasty. Finally he neared the main building passing by another warrior who seemed different from the rest.
Entering the room he saw armed men all around the room ready to kill violent non-believers. Luckily he wasn't here to cause violence. Ban cleared his throat just loud enough to be brought to attention before bowing. "I've come here today to commit my armed forces in Wan of a force 1,400 strong. To the rebellion's cause. My will is to make the Han Dynasty crumble including their corrupt ways and everyman under my command shares that will. I wish to stand with the Turbans against the Han. What say you?" Ban bowed once more in respect and waited for a reply.

Zhang Bao turned around looking at the man, the headquarters were getting more busy by the day. Interesting. He laughed before plodding away from the shelf with a book, gently taping his staff against the floor before meeting the man at the entrance.
"You must be Za Ban? I've heard the stories of you and your rebel clan. I hope your reputation will not leave you when you join our way of peace. Your forces are already overpowering however I shall lend you 2,000 of my own just to ensure the Heavens will is perfected. Do not fail me Master Za!"
He said, issuing the man with troops. The Han dynasty would only crumble once the foundations were kicked out. Zhang Jiao and his brothers were not generals, they couldn't command troops merely inspire them. He needed tough generals to do the work of war.
"Take back our lands from these tyrants, burn, kill and cleanse any unbelievers!"
He said before bowing to the man, passing him a yellow piece of cloth that would allow him access to the troops he was given to by Zhang Bao.

Ban smirked because he didn't even have to ask anything. He had gotten what he came for and now it was time to take his leave. "It was an honor to meet your acquaintance Lord Bao. I will gladly accept these forces to bolster my strength to bring the Han to it's knees. I must take my leave now and meet back with my troops." Ban respectfully gave a small bow before twisting around and leaving the premises. He hoped he wouldn't have to come back to the place. It was time to leave Chen Liu and return to Wan with a force of 2,000.
