I don't have any problems with the current one but since we have two factions at the moment shouldn't there be different ways for the Turbans to get money because we don't exactly have the same command structure. There isn't much structure at all since they are rebels and I don't want to get a salary of 100 because I fit on the lowermost rank since there isn't any other. So we should have a different pay system.
I was thinking we keep track on the number of people our troops and ourselves kill in skirmishes and battles. Victories and pillaged town/cities would add to the money gain. And if not how about we have a follower system where the more Tuban controlled areas we get volunteers for our armies instead of gold. For example the next pay day the Turbans have 9 provinces under their control and we get 900 volunteers to be spread to all the Tuban officers' armies. Meaning we have two Officers so we split I get 450 volunteers and the other get 450 as well.
Something that would make sense for rebels because Zhang Jiao doesn't exactly have the imperial treasury to use to pay for people. In history he was a spiritual leader and those who joined him were like volunteers.
