Personallity: Gongsun Fan is a taciturn individual usual quite and keeping himself to himself. He does not socialise much not because of self esteem issues but more a desire for peace, quite a silence. He does not like war but he does not dislike it either, for him it is a means to an end.
Family loyalty to him is a key component of his life. There is nothing he would not do for family and he has no respect for someone who would turn their back on their own family. Its not his entire life but he would lay down his life to save someone in his family.
He can also be described as amoral. He does good and bad things with equal abound and please and does not seem to understand what makes one action good and another bad. He bases his choices instead on cold logical and passing desires. His main goal in life is to enjoy it while he can, growing on in You fighting bandits he has seen enough death to know life is fleeting.

Weapon Strengths: It has a very long reach and is weighted to allowed it to be thrown like a javalin. The back end of the spear also ends in a point although not as long more a spike.

Armour: Gongsun Fan's armour is completely at odd with his elder bother. While Zan has light padded armour he wears heavy plate armour with chain underneath.
History: Gongsun Fan was born second in the family after Zan. While his elder brother stuided to become a great leader he took he warriors path. He spent much of his childhood on the front lines repelling invasions against China with his spear.
