Quest: Persuasion (Liu Bei) Type: PvP Mod: Yes Description: The yellow turbans have sent one of their people to stir the villagers up and join their ranks. Go and talk the people out of this, don’t kill anyone.
Liu Bei and a small militia of soldiers (100) entered the Ye Province, Bei had given them the order not to kill anyone, that violence was an absolute last resort, even behind retreat itself. Having recently entered Bei Ping in hopes of finding fighters for the Han (And receiving a Handsome 150 troops) Bei felt it wise to move forward into a deeper field, Bei Ping was but one of many grand cities within He Bei, one of witch being the cities of Ye Province.
He had his men scatter out among the crowd, as to not draw attention to themselves -However still keeping in the same eyesight range-
Unfortunately Bei stood out like a sore thumb, he wore the Symbol of the Han on his tunic, and carried a sword which had the seal of the Han branded in the handle. It was clear what side he was on. As they walked through the streets many citizens would gawk at their appearance, some would look frightened, others would life, but most of them were Apathetic to the arrival of this small militia.
It was now time to examine the damage.

Seeing that there were no Yellow turbans what so ever to oppose him, thusly he began walking through the walkways examining the citizens. Some working, others just sitting around.
Making his way to a nearby building Bei had one of his Militia men hoist him up and onto the nearby building, where he would again look over the horizon looking for any sign of the turbans at all.
This would be the last time he would search before commensing his attempt to recruit the citizens.
