After meeting with He Jin and recieving thousand troops, Sun Jian waited in the outskirts of Luo Yang to meet with Cheng Pu and Han Dang who would aid him against these Bandits.
As he waited, he sent a scout out to see what the Bandits were upto and soon reported that they were being ruthless to the people who lived there, and that the people were suffering.
Sun Jian looked forward, "Then it is time to show the Northerners what spirit and strength the South has! Time to rescue these people and put an end to their behaviour that I do not tolerate!", as he pulled out his weapon and pointed towards the city of Jin Yang.
Though he could not move until Cheng Pu and Han Dang was by his side so they can advise him on how to proceed, before they take action.

The outskirts of Luo Yang.
The army of six hundred and fifty men, at their lead two honored generals of the army of Sun Jian. It was a small unit, yet they had capable men and headstrong leaders in the form of Cheng Pu and Dang. The entire army marched in a well-ordered fashion, aligned straight and perfect, with the cavalry men in the front and the footsoldiers behind them, archers and crossbowmen forming the rear for the moment. Where was their destination? It was one of the villages situated in the region of Jin Yang, said to be bustling with the bandits.
The bandits... Some random rebel group. Both men, Cheng Demou and Han Yigong, were eager to spill some rebel blood. After all, look what the brigands had done to the land, the empire, the people... They fully deserved to be slaughtered ruthlessly and cruelly. But they would show generosity and end this battle without much pain to either side. The rebels would all be beheaded in a second, and they would achieve their reward.
The army arrived upon the boundaries of Jin Yang as it halted beside none other than the Tiger of Jiang Dong himself. Demou pulled his horse up next to Sun Jian.
"Greetings, Lord Sun Jian.
"The bandits are wreaking havoc in the village up ahead. If we don't stop this immediately, the threat will spread to the city. We must hasten to arrive at the site of chaos and save as many lives as possible before we wipe them out.
"Of course, upon nearing the village, I assume that the bandits will take action, though they are but a small number. I and Han Dang shall split our troops and head around from a longer, unseen path and will wait until the Turbans march. Upon engaging with your large army, which will march straightforward, we will flank the enemy from all sides, surrounding them and preventing them from escaping."

Sun Jian smiled as Cheng Pu and Han Dang arrived, as one of them suggested a plan, which was him leading the attack, then they attack the flanks. Though it would put him and his troops in the middle, they had nothing to worry about, as he nodded to Cheng Pu to give him the sign that his plan was being taken, then raised his sword, and roared, "Men! Time to strike fear in the hearts of these Bandits! Move out!", as he and his forces charged forwards into the village.
As his troops entered, Sun Jian noticed scared villagers and ahead the group of bandits charging to them. A grin appeared on Sun Jian's face, as he bellowed, "Citizens of Jin Yang. Have no fear, for I, Sun Jian, the Tiger of Jiangdong, has arrived to aide you....Bandits! Get ready to feel the Tiger's claws!", as he raised his weapon and begun to cut through the Bandit army with his weapon, "The Savage Tiger", which he held tight as he swung it from side-to-side, leaving a path for his soldiers to follow through and copy his action. If they were taught by the Tiger, then silencing mere Bandits was no trouble at all.

The bandit army had executed their move, begun on their headlong charge against Sun Jian and his army. That was the correct sign and time for the ambush troops to move. As Sun Jian started to ferociously cut through the enemy ranks, Cheng Pu simply nodded at Han Dang, the latter returning with the same, before they wheeled their horses in two different directions and rode off, beckoning to their units to follow them. Demou had already split the army in two beforehand, as was his plan to suggest in battle. Good preparations.
"Hurry, let us move around the battle unseen and position ourselves on the other side of the village."
The soldiers moved with stealth and control of sound; as well, the limited amount of numbers in the two generals' units would make it easier to cover their location. Cavalrymen dismounted and speed-walked with their horses, while the rest just made sure not to make a sound other than the footsteps muted in the wet, dewy grass. The morning's fog also created a cover for them as they moved, undetected by anyone.
"Stop."
The army halted at once, cavalrymen remounting their steeds and moving forward into position, and the rest aligning themselves as ordered: Militia in the front lines, cavalry moving around them for quick charges, swordsmen and spearmen in alternating order behind them, and crossbowmen bringing up the rear, ready to provide backup fire upon the enemy.
Demou looked to his left. There, in the near distance, was Yigong, once again nodding to his fellow general, a sign of confirmation and reassurance. Demou returned the nod and waited in silence... He could barely make out the forms of the bandits, though the rest of the village was clear to see.
"We will wait just a moment more until Lord Sun Jian has had the entire lot of bandits provoked and charging out of the village. Just a bit more..."

After charging into the village to raise the villager's spirits, and giving time for Cheng Pu and Han Dang to get into position, Sun Jian could now give the Bandits a hard time, by first, leading them away from the village, as he raised his weapon and roared, "You should never of attacked this village, and now I, the Tiger of Jiangdong, is in your way. Come, fight me!".
After Sun Jian gave the word, all his forces raised their weapons and begun moving back, but still facing forwards, as they were all pulling away from the village.
The Bandits resolve was strong as they were determined to wreak havoc in Jin Yang but now a Han officer, presumed to be occupied with the Yellow Turbans, was now stopping them, which angered them all as they chased after them, swinging their weapons infront of them.
It wasn't long till Sun Jian's forces reached ambush point. All his troops still were on the defensive, while the raging bandits continue their attack. Sun Jian laughed then shouted, "You have angered the Tiger, and now you shall all feel my claws!", but did not act yet but rather prepared to act, as Cheng Pu and Han Dang would reveal themselves.

Lord Sun Jian had played his part well. The entire lot of bandits had been drawn away from the village, foolishly pursuing Jian until they had fully rushed out of their only scarce protection. They were doomed now. Cheng Pu waited in anxiety until the moment that he would strike perfectly, the chance for crushing the enemy completely. One, two, three. Demou smiled as he slowly turned his head to face Han Dang. But Yigong wasn't looking at his comrade anymore. Yigong was full of bloodlust.
"RAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!"
It was time. Han Yigong, the mighty warrior, dug the heel of his foot deep into the side of his stallion before the beast charged forth, at the "speed of the wind." His cry of war was instantly followed by a deafening roar from all of his army, as well as Cheng Pu and his own unit, as the latter joined in the charge. The sounds ringing all through the village, the two armies immediately collided with the bandits as they bashed headlong into their rear.
"DIE, SCUM!"
Han Dang drew first blood on their lot, as the severed head of the bandit flew far, the blood trailing away behind it. A shower of crimson began, as the massacre was inflicted upon the surprised bandits, paralyzed and unable to move as they turned this way and that, only to find more and more enemies. The slaughter was endless; bandits fell one by one at the hands of the army of Jiang Dong, as cavalrymen charged through and swordsmen and spearmen squashed all those before them.
"Do not show mercy! Kill them all!"

Music for your ears ------------------------------- The enemy was surrounded. The tactic had worked. Cheng Pu and Han Dang had now made their move, leaving the enemy vulnerable. Sun Jian smiled, "Haha! Now you shall learn never to pillage a city under the Han, when I, Sun Jian, the Tiger of Jiangdong is here. Prepare yourself!", as he rushed into the middle of the enemy, and with a swing of his weapon, knocked out the enemy infront of him. He was certainly brave to go in the middle of the enemy, but his strength as he swung his blade side-to-side, helped him, and now, the Bandits would now fear his name, and once this is over, his name would be known in the North. The enemy were dropping like flies and wouldn't take long to get rid of them. It was his job to get rid of them, which is exactly what he'd do. The Bandits were using their full force, to jump up and knock the troops off their horses and were putting up a good fight, but not good enough for the forces from Jiangdong.

The bandits were helpless. They were dying; and no one was going to do anything about it. They were going to be utterly crushed and killed, slaughtered mercilessly at the hands of the raging loyal ones from the lands of Jiang Dong, the men of Wu seeking for the rebels' blood. Cheng Pu thrust his long snake-headed spear into the torso of a bandit major before lifting the impaled soldier high. He was of average man's weight, nothing too much for a veteran's arm. Demou grimaced before flinging the half-alive body across the battlefield, headlong into a private.
"We surrender! Please spare us!"
The enemy dropped to their knees, begging for mercy. Demou granted mercy at the usual, and this was no exception. Of course, punishment would necessarily follow, but nonetheless their lives would be spared. Han Dang, out of his personal preferences, halted and used the blunt end of his pike to tap the behind of one of the frightened enemy soldiers, pushing him to the ground.
"The bandits are no more! Victory is ours!"
Turning to Sun Jian, Demou bowed his head slightly as a sign of respect and honor of the battle before saying:
"This will only be a start for what we will accomplish, my Lord."

Sun Jian nodded in agreement, as he listened to Cheng Pu's words. He then glanced round him, then roared, "Our Quest is complete! The men of Jiangdong have proved themselves strong, not only in the South, but now showing our strength in the North. The city of Jin Yang is no longer under threat. May we continue to do what we can and continue to show people the might of the people from Jiangdong. All men, a job well done", as his troops all cheered.

A little cliché and boring - a nice combination. But we've seen it all before. Needs a little more flavour my friends.
