- Description: A feared international mercenary organisation thats come to China to capitalise on the brewing political climate there. At the moment the Black Arms do not have a base of operations within China. However. Black Arms leader Akumu has sent the Mercenary captian known as Fenrir to see if the land is truly heading down the path of war.
Current Black Arms operations within China are limited. However their portfolio elsewhere is extensive. The Black Arms are known to be ruthless, and merciless. However they are known for honouring their contracts. On the off chance however that an employer refuses to pay for their services. The black arms has a blood payment policy. Taking the head of the employer as compensation. Or any females in his family for use as common room whores at the Black Arms barracks.
