Appearance: Long dark red hair that goes quite a bit down her back. Ruby red lips that glisen in the sunlight is just a few of her features. More then often her hair is up in a ponytail as she hates for it to be in her hair. Not really a dress girl she often wears more of what her armor is designed as, plus shes use to frequently being on her guard. She has a soft, light skin tone that seems to shine in the sunlight.
She wears very little jewlery as it has a tendency to weigh her down. Though she does wear a ring on her finger that her father gave her. Over all most people find her appearance hardly something to complain about. Not that she cares about it much, so usually she is very casual about it. Though half of her face is often covered and it makes it hard to judge her apperance.
Personallity: Zhilan has been known to be very cold to just about everyone. Most naturally think that due to the fact that her father is a pirate that perhaps she might be layed back but for her that is hardly the case. Most of the time she’s dead serious and doesn’t really like to be bothered. Surrounded by her bodyguard and the two women that follow her around all the time there is never really much time to actually talk to her on her own. So most people don’t know Zhilan on a personal level due to this fact. Most of her conversations are had when she is on business.
Zhilan does care about some people and if she does care about someone she is known to protect them as much as she possibly can. Most of the time though she resists letting herself get attached to people and often keeps away from them.
She is very much someone who speaks their mind and she has a tendency to often speak hers with little reserve. Very little fear seems to be in her well at least when it comes to certain things. Then again she has always been good at covering up her feelings.
Weapon: Bow and arrow(picture of it is going to be with my armor)
Weapon Strengths: It works well when her enemys are at a distant range. When aimed well and with enough power behind the arrows it can cause quite a bit of damage.
Weapon Weaknesses: Can be less effective when the enemy is closer. You have to keep a steady hand when using. Generally at a close to range, hand to hand fight its not the greatest.
Armour: Armor, bow and arrow also
History: When she was a small child her mother raised her alone, no help from a father. Of course all that her mother told her was that her father had been a general in a war and died in a great battle so he never came home. Up until the point that she was about eleven she had a normal life with her mother. They lived in there small village and did whatever really, but Zhilan wanted to of course one day get out of the village. Then one day she came home to find that pirates had attacked the village.
The odd thing was they just sort of searched the peoples homes like they were looking for a certain home, which was true. Finally though she managed to dodge all of them and made it to her home where they were questioning her mother. She could heard tones of voice that appeared to be slightly angry, asking about the one child but her mother would not say anything. Pretty soon though a few of them caught a glimpse of the girl, the managed to catch her and brought her to the leader who was the one questioning the women. The head of the pirates told her mother to tell her the truth, about how her father was not really dead...that he had been around the whole time.
Her father was a pirate; he had his own crew and as far as pirates went he was pretty powerful. Of course he was getting to be a bit older and he wanted his own blood to be the one that he would past it down to, it would not just be passed down to anyone. Over the years of being with a many of women he knew that one of them had to have had his child. This was the only one that had a child that was his. He had wanted it to be a son but due to the fact she was the only one, he decided to live with it. Fact was that she was the only child he had so he was stuck with her whether he liked it or not.
Zhilan refused to go with him and to become a part of...well whatever he was. So he just threatened to kill her mother if she didn’t come along, he continues to use it against her to make sure that she stays with him. Not by her own wanting Zhilan went with her father and became a part of his crew. At first she had no idea what she was doing but lucky for her she's a smart girl and she caught on fast to what exactly it was he wanted her to do. Eventually her father started to teach her how to fight and she became one of the best on the ship.
As the crew enjoyed to have sword fights for entertainment Zhilan soon joined in, not for fun but just to prove that she could fight just as well as the others. There was one fighter that people said no matter how good you were you could not beat him. He was a man that was 6’7 and was the most muscle they had on there ship. Of course most of the time he never talked to any of the crew, merely just did what he was told to when he was told to. Of course most of the crew was even afraid to go near him let alone talk to him, so he kept to himself.
On that day they started there duel and it appeared to be as it usually was. He was coming out on top everyone of her moves me merely used his muscles to break threw them. Pretty soon it appeared that he was going to be the one to win and remain the champion. Then Zhilan used the fact that she was smaller and could move faster then him to her advantage. Much to most of the crews surprised Zhilan won the duel against the man who use to be the best fighter of the crew, the daughter had won like it was nothing.
After that the man pledged to be her bodyguard, to protect the one person that actually could defeat him without any kind of tricks. Of course since then he started talking to only one person, Zhilan. Though he never really gets much out of her after all Zhilan had the tendency to be cold and distant towards other people. He of course is older then her and tends to treat her like his own daughter which is more then what her real father does somehow though she never relaly seems to acknowledge it. Her father only time he talks to her is when he needs something of her or has something for her to do for him. Of course she’s the one that he trusts most with any of his tasks but he would never tell her that.
Then at one raid her father’s crew had decided to take two twin sisters aboard the ship. Of course most of the guys just wanted to keep them around for there own pleasure. Zhilan immediately when they were taken on board though took command and told her father that she could use women like them for help with some of her tasks. So all the women do is follow her around and as far as helping her they aren't so great at that but she figures its better then what would of happened. Of course unlike her bodyguard they are not as silent.
They tend to follow her around and attempt to talk to her though about all they get out of her is maybe a few sarcastic and on occasion a small smile. They are hopeless romantics though and are utterly determined to set her up or as they like to put it they are determined to help her find her true love. Though her father does not like the idea of any kind of man having his daughters heart. Zhilan doesn’t enjoy them setting her up with people; her life is more focused around other things. Her mothers life still hanging over her.
As she has gotten older though her father has noticed his crew taking more and more of a liking so he began to come up with a way to hide her away. When she wears any type of clothing now he forces her to cover her face. Usually with her wearing some kind of vail, mask or even carrying a fan and keeping it in her face. He hopes to hide his daughter away from the world.
