Alright im trying not to sound to angry about this, please pardon if i sound a little snippy.
The PVP quests have one major flaw, it is not a priority to the enemy to join them.
Therefor i have been sitting in my PVP for 5 days with not one response. There should be a time limit of how long people have to do these.
Especially in my case, as i already started out behind everyone (Not being granted troops) and now am one quest behind everyone. I feel im a fairly active member and that this is somewhat cheating me out of actually earning something.
I could just be whining about it, but it seems this problem is not likely to change without some sort of change to the quest Details.

We cant force somemone to take up the quest for the other side. If you feel it taking too long simply drop it and do a different quest or arrange for someone else to do it for the other side. Im sure someone would if you asked.

Why can't there be a time limit. If that limit (say five days) reached, a MOD takes over. They are good pvp opponents, as Tsuki has proven in my current quests

I know you cant force anyone to take it, but in that case what is the point in having these quests?
I took this quest because i was interested in completing it, and since everything else requires that i have troops (Which i cannot possibly get with gaining more fame) i need to do something that i am capable of taking care of.
So i have to wonder why a Mod could not possibly step in after a certain amount of time. I mean even battles have a time limit to post.
