Major updates!
The Yellow Turban war is in full swing, with both Pu Yang and Luo Yang in war.
The city system is now coming into play, all cities have been given incomes, default defence forces and potentially governors.
Incomes will start soon, no doubt!
Invasions will commence once the new time phase is in play and the Yellow Turbans are removed.
