Si Wang rode along the rode to Nan Pi on a black horse. His sword was at his side, his fan in his hand. He wore a long black robe with his scale armor underneath. The men at his command, 200 swordsmen, 100 spearmen, and 200 archers followed behind him.
He turned to his men and commanded, "Camp here. I shall go inside and speak with Yuan Shao. If you do anything..." Si Wang said smiling maniacally, "You know what will happen."
Si Wang proceeded into the city. The city itself was tense because of the Yellow Turban Rebellion. However, the children still laughed and played in the streets and daily life went on as usual.
Si Wang proceeded to the audience hall and got off his horse. His face was scared and dark. He wasn't old, but he wasn't young. His face showed a man that went through a lot of turmoil. However his eyes held some type of insanity... unlike any other.
He walked up to a guard with his reins of the horse in his hands asking, "My I speak to Yuan Shao?"

Yuan Shao had just settled into his palace at, he was just sorting out some governing paper, seeing as he was a governor. One of his guards came into he room and began to speak.
"Sir, a man wishes to see you."
"Please send him in then."
Yuan shao waited for the man to enter his room.

Si Wang entered the room and he bowed his head slightly, "Lord Yuan Shao. I would like to put myself under your service if you will have someone as... messed up as me and my bandits under you." Si Wang said quietly. His eyes scanned the room constantly searching for anything and everything, "However... I must warn about... my... mental capacity." Si Wang said smiling, "I guess... I am called insane."

The man entered the room, he bowed his head and began to speak. The man hadn't asked the great Yuan Shao if it was ok to talk, Yuan Shao moved out of his seat looking up and down the man who was standing before him.
Yuan Shao moved infront of the man to address him.
"Sorry, when did i give you permission to speak? Disregarding that, i will accept you into my ranks. I don't care if you are mental, if you flip out im sure Wen Chou or Yan Liang will kill you in an instance. So, do you have anymore questions or can you leave me be?"
Yuan Shao turned his back on the man to go sit at his desk.

Si Wang smirked, "I am deeply sorry. But I cannot join you. It seems as if... I am not needed here. I can see that you are already doing well for yourself. I am sorry that I asked. I must remove myself from you excellent presence. I am not worthy to serve you." Si Wang said smiling. He turned and left showing himself out.

"Master Yuan Shao. I have gotten A new weapon. It is called the Peacock Talon. We may use it in batte." Zhang He said Smiling. He knew Yuan shao Knew what he ment. He loved the beauty of battle.
"Those who know the art and beauty of death shall recieve no harm master." Zhang he said dipping his head peacefully.

As si wang left, a new man entered, this man was Zhang He. He was a famed warrior and feared through out china, he entered to give Yuan Shao some news.
"Ahh, this is great news Zhang He. I look forward to seeing it in use against the Yellow Turbans, thank you for brining the news to my attention He. Is there anything else? Otherwise you are free to leave my palace."
Yuan Shao respected Zhang He as he was one of his top generals, he was a good warrior and he had a good brain. Yuan Shao always had time for He, he was Yuan's favourite general excluding Wen and Yan.
