Dear DWRPC
I was known as Jiang Wei before the restart, i have been a active and loyal member since 2008 in roleplaying for shu, and recently began posting as the leader of Liu Bei's forces.
My last post was on July 3rd, the day before the U.S independance day (A holiday in which i was traveling)
I did not post my departure because it was not even a weeks time, and no one was posting in my thread anyway.
I come back today to find that i have been replaced by someone new, whom is a new member to the site.
Please be aware now that i am not planning on flamming the new Liu Bei im sure that this is not his fault and that he has done nothing wrong, but here is all i have to say about this...
I am genuinly hurt by the new administration.
Colby i have always felt that you treated me differently, weither it was in battle, or simply in the way you would respond to my posts. I knew when i submitted a Moderator application that i would not be accepted even though i have been consistantly active and loyal to this site.
When Shu had only 3 members, i was one of them. When The site had any poll that asked the sites opinion i would participate, and as Liu Bei i both posted independantly and attempted to take a quest (That nobody joined, which is not my fault)
Now i recieve a PM from someone (To remain unknown) who tells me that i was replaced due to inactivity, and because Colby thinks i am a Noob.
Well i would say that you have no right to do that but you do. You are the Admin so you can do whatever you want, if you dont want me to be apart of this site then you even have the ability to ban me, As a matter of fact you can even delete this post.
I would hope that you dont, but point being you absolutly could.
I have done nothing to deserve this punishment from administration, i was active, loyal, and just because each of my posts do not contain thousands of words does not make me a Noob.
I honestly cannot believe that this RPG would do something like that to me, i have been here for 2 1/2 years because of how friendly the site is, and how honestly it was the most consistant site.
Im sorry i couldnt perform to your standard, but i needed to let everyone know how both hurt and disapointed i am.
Because i cannot trust that any of my efforts will actually be acknowledged i am indeed going to be leaving the site for good.
Thank you for the past few years, they were fun, and im sorry i couldnt be as good as you wanted me to be.

ah, and just to set the record straight
As Liu bei i did nothing that the real Bei wouldnt have done. I recruited soldiers and defended my homeland from the turbans, so please stop using that as an excuse to boot me

Hi. I'm Steve, a newly appointed staff member, and I would just like to let you know that I feel for you. It is indeed unfortunate what happened, and I believe it was because of changes being made and the upper administration not knowing who was doing what. A lot of people near the start came, did a few posts and then left, myself included originally (before the restart even took place).
I do not know the details behind the change of character, and I also do not believe that Sam, the new Liu Bei, had any part in the change. I am sorry to see you go since you're one of the oldies on the site, and although lots of new people are coming here from other communities (myself included) it's always nice to work alongside and support the works set in by the original rpers here.
I can't obviously change your mind, though I hope that you may reconsider given the circumstances with the changes the site has been through. I know that is no real excuse, but It is partially true. No one actually knew what the deal was with Shu at the time of the change, no officers were in Shu and you had seemed to have gone walkies. Again, it's a pity what has happened but I can't really change it.
Best of luck in whatever you decide to do.
Regards Cao Cao (Steve)

I..I don't have much to say, as you know I'm not much of a motivational speaker but what you need to remember is that you're yourself and if people aren't satisfied with you then it's a problem they will have to deal with not something for you to get involved in <- you know what I mean?
Surely I know you will be missed.

Don't leave man, you're one of the few remaining vets left. I think you should stay and prove to colby that you are not a noob. If you do go it will be a sad time and you will be missed.

Dear Jiang Wei,
Once more this isn't about treating you differently its about your history as a leader. I gave Liu Bei to Sam because I know he can be trusted - your lack of knowledge for the character and your rash and violent behaviour would spoil Liu Bei's personallity, therefore I'm sorry for removing you but in the end it's for the best for the forum. You have already proved to me, your not yet capable of ruling, being indecisive at the battle of Shu vs Wei after Yanos left and now trying to conquer lands as Liu Bei before I even have a roster set up with the main characters.
I have nothing against you personally, you've done alot for the site. I just don't feel you could suit Liu Bei, he isn't a power hungry lord like you made him out to be - At least that was my sense. Also your activity from time to time slips and i require my Liu Bei to be as active as possible as well as very charismatic (being one of the three main lords of the time). I am sorry if you've ever felt I treated you different; Apologies. But hence once more I am not sacking you - Just merely replacing you with someone who suits the job as Liu Bei better. Feel free to take another leader or another officer, I just didn't want one of the main leaders to lose out on his historical values.
Also I haven't accepted any moderator applications yet, they are all in the Staff board being evaluated. Therefore please do not use false information against me - If i didn't want you to be mod then thats my own loss for losing someone so loyal and active.
At the end of the day I am both sorry for this outcome; but there is little I can/will do about it. The Liu Bei in place is of a higher standard in activity, enthusiasm and knowledge. With your activity dragging and your officers dragging more - I doubt anyone can blame me for putting another Liu Bei in place. I require as many of the lords as possible to begin the new cycle and therefore with you going "walkies" it left me in a tight spot.
I hope you find somewhere as good as DWRPC to roleplay if you continue on; or come back at a later date. I have nothing against you, but things needed to be done to ensure the future of the site.
Colby DWRPC Administrator.

Zhuge Liang,
As Liu Bei i have done nothing but attempt to recruit and retake my homeland from th yellow turban.
This is exactly what Liu Bei did historically, he would reach out to the northern lords for aid, take one of the provinces back from the turbans, and then join Gongsun Zan's military as a advisor.
I sent you 1 PM about possibly taking part of He Bei back from the Turbans. My apologies for thinking for the future, or about what my character actually did in a historical background.
As for being indecisive. I was in a losing battle. i was thrown onto the hot coals with no knowledge of how to be a leader, and no idea what we were up against. the only thing i had were the words of my generals. As Tao Yoshima (Sun Jian) and Zhuge Liang (Cao Cao) will tell you it was utter chaos on the board as i asked what my generals felt was best in a situation where i was litterally given nothing.
We even used a strategy that Jiang Wei and Zhuge Liang used in battle that utterly failed, but that is not my fault, that was just the outcome of the battle.
Im sorry if that one battle was enough to show you everything about my leadership, but i had thought that this was my chance to actually get a position of power.
Yes i "could" take another leadership position, but i would probably be forced out of that one as well (I mean who is even left, Ma Teng gets the crap beat out of him, Liu Biao is eventually conquered and even Yuan Shu isnt that impressive)
In the end you are absolutly right that there is little you will do about it, i was aware of that when i made this post. Your opinion of me has led you to kick me out of a spot i have not only earned, but have been roleplaying with since the restart occured.
My activity has been better than even yours in the past Lu Xiang. Before this restart occured Tsuki was discussing how we would do this with mods that are no longer active. Obviously you came back and the problem resolved itself, but there are indeed things that just happen in life that make this rpg less important
I didnt want to say this because it is just one sad story that will probably be recieved as BS. but i have been back and forth from the hospital visiting my dad who is dying of Lung Cancer.
Im only 16 i cant handle this much Drama, real life is bad enough.

Ryouken, I admit I don't know you, or if I did know you before the reset I've forgotten you, and for that I apologise. I can sympathise with what your going threw with your dad, I've had to drop out of school to take care of my Dad who's dieing of Liver Failure. I hope you will continue on this site, or if not, find another site that suits you. If you don't continue to rp, I hope you find contentment in whatever you do next.
I hope your dad feels better, even if that's unlikely. -Josh.

You have mistaken this site completely, this place isn't a place to win - nor does it matter what character you play or take. In the end it all comes down to how you fight; you cannot blame your loss upon your generals - in the end its your own fault for joining a battle without having the discipline of your generals. Please do not find an excuse for your failures, as a leader of a faction you take the blame of your loss. Whether or not Yanos left or not; as Prime Minister it was your duty to take over and lead your force in the best way as possible (Clearly a retreat) yet you stayed and watched your force get massacred..
Understandable, Liu Bei did recruit; but not that vigerously. At this moment in time he would be fighting with a volunteer army against Yellow Turbans. He had no intentions of seizing land for himself.
Your activity has nothing on mine kind sir, my activity dropped due to my exams and once more I have done more for this site then you have. So please don't bring my situation into this. This is a complaint about whether it was correct to remove you as Liu Bei - I apologise if it seems harsh or unfair but at the end of the day, I and the board would prefer someone to play Liu Bei to his full suitability.
Once more, my deepest sympathies for your father - My father has been struggling with bowel cancer for the past three years. I wish your father the best but there is nothing I can do/will do about the Liu Bei situation. Feel free to offer to take up another lord and prove me wrong about the battle situation, I have no objections with you - I just want Liu Bei to be a centerpiece of the roleplay. Something you were not offering me.
I wish you the best, whatever or wherever you go. Sorry for these turn of events.
