The land sinks into chaos as the Yellow Turbans spring up, destroying and looting as they go. Such creatures are easily exterminated but at high costs. The people of the lands are starved and stricken harshly by poverty. However new heroes arise and the Battle of Luo Yang and Pu Yang contests fiercly as new leaders join the fray to cast their names into history forever. The Hans strength and power leaves it more and more by the day, with Regent Marshall General and the Eunuchs quarelling daily.
- Luo Yang and Pu Yang produce no victory yet.
- Lowest Population count for several hundred years.
- Yellow Turbans still remain powerful.
