Mark of The Hunter(Meng Yi Xiang)

[Yen Wang (Burai)]

It was dawn, the sun was slowly crept it’s why over the horizon. Burai was laying face down in the dirt. The sun rays broke through the forest canopy and shined down upon his face. Burai rolled over and flopped on his back. “Where am I?” Burai could barely remember anything about last night. Luckily, his weapon was right next to him. He looked around cautiously. “A forest? Gr-reat..” He said with a long drawn out sigh. He had no clue how he got here; a loud roar echoed through the trees. He grabbed his stomach. “…” He ignored his stomach cries, as he walked through the forest, searching for an animal to kill. He came across a large deer; the deer was eating steadily. Had it head arched downward in the tall grass.

Burai slowly unraveled the chain that was coiled around his trident. "I got one shot at this…” Burai bolted forward, letting out a loud roar. “Chazzoh!” The deer took off in a fright. Burai was in hot pursuit. He was biding his time waiting for a clear opening. The deer cunningly swept back in forth through trees. Suddenly the deer missed a stride and bumped against a tree. Burai threw his trident, with all his might. The trident pierced through many branches and small trees, before it made contact with the deer’s skull. A loud cracking sound echoed as the trident collided with the deer.

He quickly made his way over to the dear. He was surprised by the carnage he cause. It was quite unnecessary. “Guess I over did it.” Burai spent the net few hours cleaning the mess and skinning his prize. He managed to make a camp fire where and a handmade Barbeque pit out of tree branches. He watched the deer cook attentively he couldn’t wait for it to be done.

[Meng Yi Xiang]

Meng Ji Xiang was walking in the forest silently. She herd a big noise from not so far away from her location. She walked slowly without making a noise. She climbed a tree in silence but did not hear anything after the loud noise. She walked from tree to tree going behind one tree and running to the next to stay hidden from the creature or human that made the noise that scared her. She then noticed there was smoke coming from a location close to her that she could smell it. She needed the fire since her fire got turn off from the last rain.

She climbed a tree that was close to the smoke and looked toward it. She sees a man that seem to be talking to himself cooking a deer. She laughed since she never saw someone talking to them self but no sound came out of her mouth. She then leaned toward the end of the branch and looked at the man. He seemed to be hungry while waiting the deer that he must of killed would cook. The weapon that he used she never saw one like that before. She leaned more forward to look at the weapon that kept her interest.

All of the sudden, the branch of the tree broke making Meng Yi Xiang fall down. She was falling head first and fast that it would of been impossible for anyone to catch her. She just managed to shift her weight around to land on her back. When she landed she hit her head on the large rock under the tree all you herd was a crack. She lifted her head and hold it from behind in pain the blood was going down her back. This was the first moment of her life that she felt physical pain but she did not cry. The rock was red as her blood and when she tried to stand up she just fell back down.

[Yen Wang (Burai)]

Burai's mouth began to watery and he stared that deer down. "This deer better be delciou-" Suddenly a loud cracking sound followed by a thud came from behind. Burai grabbed his weapon and sprung to his feet; pointing his trident forward. What he found was a blood and a young girl who was hurt. She looked around Anrui ages. A feeling in his stomach urged him yo help her.

He hurried to her side; stumbling over his feet, as he ran to her aid. "You really banged yourself up, don't move ok let me bandage you up." Burai was no doctor, but he knew how to mend to some wounds. He looked at the girl, she wasn't crying? He thought that this was rather odd, most girls her age would be crying hysterically. He took off the lower part of his jacket and tore it in two; ripping it throughly into long strands. He slowly moved toward the girl.

"...Let me warp you up." He was unsure how she would react, but she looked like she was in the need of his help. He couldn't leave such a cute girl in destress.

[Meng Yi Xiang]

Meng Ji Xiang could not stay up and she knew it. She then looked at the man that was coming toward her with his weapon and she got scared. She tried to crawl out of his sight toward the forest before he could catch her. She was so scared of other human after seeing what they done to the wolves that she did not want him to touch her at the beginning. The man rand toward her like the man that ran toward her mother before she lived in the will to kill her so her heart was pounding through her chest.

The man caught up to her and she just stopped moving. She closed her eyes cause she did not want to see what the man was going to do next. She then felt the man wrapping something on her head were that she was hurt but not around her eyes. She was still scared but she felt that the bandages were starting to stop the bleeding. The ripping noise that was going on close to her did not help her being less nervous but she tried to imagine that he did not want to touch her in that way like the man did to her mom.

When the man was done and she noticed that he was not going to force himself on her like they did to her mom she felt a bit more safe. She started to crawl toward the tree and tries to get up once more. She was up for approximately five second until her right leg made her fall straight on her butt and she frowned and felt like she was going to suffer soon by the man that was in front of her. She was not used being with other humans that were alive at least but looking at the way she reacted it was obvious. She still did not have a tear on her eye like a true warrior and it was obvious she did not want to give up without a fight having her weapon toward the man that helped her that she wants to make sure he does not try anything with her.

[Yen Wang (Burai)]

Burai looked at the girl why was she in a panic? "Such an odd girl." Though it was understandable, he was a stranger. Once he was done wrapping her up. she scurried off toward the tree and made an attempt to climb it. It ended with her back on her butt. Burai let out a slight chuckle, "She moves rather oddly." Burai came across many people in his travels, none of them where so primitive. Then it dawned upon him, that this girl must not get out much. "You must be a hermit!"

He nodded to himself; suddenly she drew her weapon. He was surprised that she had such a strong will. He admired this, in fact if she was will he would challenge her. "My my..I won't fight an injured opponent." He ignored her and slowly scooted toward the deer. Making sure not to make any sudden movements. Buraipositioned himself between the deer and the girl. He had to make sure that she wouldn't try to steal his prize. "Seems about done..." He gathered some dirt and tossed it on the fire, to put it out. Once the flames where put out. He began to work on the deer. Cutting out slobs of meat; he turned toward the girl and took a bite into the thick venison.

[Meng Yi Xiang]

Meng Ji Xiang tried again to get up and could not. She see's the man was eating and looking toward her like he was mocking her. She did not want to be mocked at. She is surprise that she remembers so much from the humans when she was with her mom but she could still not speak one word. Her weapon was to heavy for her legs at this moment since they seem not wanted to hold her tiny body alone. She looked at the man and she felt like he did not deserve to live if he was laughing at her but it was his right for now unless she does something but her pain was to severe.

She tries once more to get up and this time she was standing up weakly but at least she was no longer on the ground. She then grabbed her weapon and divided the weapon in half place one on each holder that she found for the guards swords that she killed in the past. She walks toward the man that was eating and went to the other side of the turned op fire that still had heat to it.

All of the sudden she hears the wolf howling at the sky. She knew that it means that they were looking for help or hunting but she ignored it and stayed with the man that she was trying to study. She sat down in front of him but far enough that even if he would try to attack and she would stab the man then cut his head right then and there.

[Yen Wang (Burai)]

Burai followed her with his eyes. Watching her carefully, "Why do i always end up with such troublesome women..." Burai smiled as he finished his first piece of the venison. This girl was stalking him like a beast that had found its prey. He sighed heavily, before taking another vension. Perhaps she was hungry, maybe that is why she was acting so oddly.

She hasn't even uttered a word, that itself was rather nerve wrecking. He slowly placed the venison in front of her. "Please I know I am quite handsome, but their is no need to stare at me like that.." He said with an uneasy smile. He heard the cry of wolves. Normally he would grab his weapon and prepare for the worse, but with this wounded girl here. He felt conflicted and didn't want to startle her.

"Oy, do you have a name? Enough with this silent treatment. I understand you don't trust me, but I won't harm you." Burai took another bite out of his venison, as he waited for her to respond. He began to wonder was this girl was out here alone. After he finsihed chewing he stared at her, and smiled.

[Meng Yi Xiang]

She looked at the man that gave her some food and then she looked at the food and back at the man. She placed it on her knee then started to eat it. She was starting eating it like a animal ripping the meat with her teeth. She was eating like you would of seen from a wolf after killing ripping out the guts with its teeth watching her eat that is what the reaction that she seems to be doing. The piece of meet was gone not long after she started to eat and she had blood that flew on her nose and face.

With a smile on her face she was full for the time being. She then looked back at the man and wonders what he wanted from her in return since she was tired she would most likely do anything unless its killing herself or her friends. She then past her hand to clean of the blood so that he would not be grossed out. Then she looked at the trees and then crawls to go next to the man and placed her head on his knee.

She knew that he was not comfortable cause of the silence but she does not know how to speak with the man. She tries to tell him that she never learned to talk by touching him or with her movement but she does not know how. She was more comfortable with the man that helped her at this day but she does not know if he will not hurt her but she wants him to know that she was starting to trust him more and more.

[Yen Wang (Burai)]

Burai watched the girl eat the venison; she had quite the appetite. The way she ate it reminded him of a beast, it was oddly cute to see her eat it that way. He watched her wipe her face clean. Burai felt and odd surge of emotions run through his veins. He found what she did to be adorable, but didn't know how to express it. He just looked away periodically and blushed.


Suddenly she crawled net to him, and placed her head on his knee. Burai was embarrassed by this. Speechless himself, his cheeks began to blush and he felt rather uncomfortable. "Er..Um..." He shuttered trying to find the proper words to say. Burai paid close attention to her movements, they were some what similar to Anrui. He tilted his head. "Don't tell me you can't talk? You know you are the second girl I met who couldn't talk. Perhaps this is how you display your affection, its a bit ...ah..friendly"


"My name is Shigure Burai." He felt alttle more at ease now. It seemed as if the girl was being more comfortable around him. Burai didn't want to admit it, but he was becoming rather fond of the girl. She possessed a warrior's spirits. "Just cause you can't speak, doesn't mean we can't speak through our bodies." She seemed to understand him enough. Eventually she learn how to interact with others. Judging by their first meeting. It would probably take some time.

[Meng Yi Xiang]

Meng Yi Xiang was not sure if the man was alright with her or if he wanted to kill her. She still had her head on his knee. She then started to touch him a bit her hands to place herself more comfortable. She weapon was on the ground now. She was tired and started to remove her army until all she had left was her underwear that she stole from a traveling merchant. She was removing the armor right in front of Burai and looked at his bag and then back him trying to tell him if she could use something like a pillow to rest her head.

She then changed her mind about sleeping that it was to early that would make them easy pray to the other animals in the forest. She then went behind a bush were was the river and remove the rest of her clothes to wash herself. She hided her whole body in the water cause she does not want the man to see her naked or she will fell badly embarrass. She looked at the man while washing her body since she was badly dirty since she did not have a chance to wash herself in the past few days.

She was washing the dirt and sweat from her body so she would feel better and less scratchy. The bandage on her head that Burai placed was starting to itch like crazy. She scratches around the bandages which was reopening the wound and it started to bleed in the water and she tries to stop but it was really hard for her never feeling like this before.

[Yen Wang (Burai)]

Burai felt rather odd, She was rather affectionate in her own way. He found this rather touching. The girl suddenly began to undress. “You seem to be maturing quite well. You’ll make a beautiful woman someday. Anrui could take some lessons from you.” Burai laughed lightly and held his nose; he could feel blood began to rush down his nose. Luckily he caught it before any came out. She motioned something about toward his bag. He was rather busy plugging his nose.

She then hurried to a bush, to take off the rest of her clothes. “Ha, ah, ha! So she is a lady after all.” Burai couldn’t help but to laugh she was acting so innocent. Burai tried to give her some privacy, and let her bathe. “I know I am the worst..Even I have my own limits..”

Burai decided to take a quick peek; he turned slightly using his peripherals. He saw blood in the water. Not thinking he hurried to the water. Then it hit him. Any woman would murder him if he saw something that he wasn’t meant to. He was conflicted. “Do I go,or stay..” He moved to the edge of the water and motioned to her; waving at her and signaling her to come to her. He needed to wrap her head, and treat her wound.

[Meng Yi Xiang]

Meng Yi Xiang got out to the edge of the water and did not know if he really did want to help her wound or just look at her naked body. She decided to trust the man and she decided that her body was just a body who cares if someone sees another person naked. She did see a few people naked when she striped them from there armor and eat them as food. She got out of the water really slow and weakly since she could barely lift her own body at this time that she lost too much blood.

She got out and you see her body really easy. Her breast was large as a women in there twenties. Her neck was was so tin that a branch would most likely break harder then the neck. Her ribs could be seen through the skin and could easily feel it if you touched her stomach. Her legs were really skinny also but had a bit more meat then her neck. The privates that would be used easier was covered by her hands also the tip of her breast but you can still see they were big enough. She went to the bushes before letting you touch her but was going really slow.

She was obviously putting her underwear back on then went toward you slowly. All of the sudden she tripped on a rock cause she was tired and she lost enough blood that she was weak and made her as dangerous as a drunk person ridding a horse. She fell right in the arms of the nice man that was with her. She had her arms around your neck and place her body more on him before being able to remove herself to stand up. You could tell by her face that she was sorry for touching him and that she hoped that he was not going to take it the wrong way.

[Yen Wang (Burai)]

Burai tried not to look at he body. He would never find another chance like this ever. She didn't know any better, he took a deep breathe and looked away from her as she slowly progressed through the water. Burai would not succumb to such horrid desires. He remained vigilant. "Anrui would never forgive me, if she found out I lowered myself."

She suddenly fell into his arms. He could feel her bare body against his. "A-a-are you o-k-kay!" Burai was trying to keep his composer. Trying his best he mustered all of his strength. "Keep it together Burai.." With her arms around his neck he lifted her out of the water and carried her where they were. He placed her down gently, trying his best not to stare of her naked body.

He hurried over to his bag and go some ointment. Burai rushed back to her side. "This will sting a bit..It will help stop the bleeding." He light dabbed the ointment on the wound, and slowly wrapped it carefully, trying not to apply to much pressure. Once he was done. He turned away from her. and pointed to her clothes. "Please put on your clothes." Burai never thought he would find himself in such a situation. He tried his best to be polite and not exploit her and her body.

[Meng Yi Xiang]

She slowly got up cause she was really weak. She placed her clothes as quickly as she could which was not to quickly. She could barely stand up on her own to feet putting her clothes was a bit of a struggle for her. She placed her top armor on that was not really comfortable when someone as wet as a fish that just got out of the water. She then started to place the armor for her lower body.She all of the sudden tripped in the armor and land her stomach. She got back up and then place the lower armor without the boots yet.

She then walked toward the man again and then poked at his heart and then points toward her trying to ask who was the girl that he named before when she was naked. She then cleaned the stump of a fallen tree with her sword so she can sit down without falling on her butt once more since it was getting annoying for her. She then stared at the man trying to hear the story about the name that he named earlier that was scaring her a bit.

She was sitting there while you were explaining and then she was trying to understand the story of the man about the girl. She was kinda wondering if he is in love with the girl or if she was a person in his family or something else. She was ready to leave the sight of the man that was with her. She was nervous cause she did do what wolfs does when they are in love with another wolf.

[Yen Wang (Burai)]

Burai looked at her oddly, he was wondering about what she wanted perhaps it was about Anrui. “Anrui is the name of a girl, who I swore to protect. She is younger than you. Quite childish at times, she is like daughter to me.” Burai place his right head above his eye patch. He gently placed his palm there and grasped that part of the face. “I don’t have much of a family now..”

Burai sat down abruptly, bringing his hand drown from his face and on the gound. “Do you have a family?” He was curious about her, he wanted to know more about this mystery girl. As he wanted for her response. Burai remembered that he was lost in this forest. He had no sense of direction. At the moment, it didn’t seem so bad. It was rather enjoyable. He stared at the girl with gentle eyes. “It must get rather lonely here?” He tried to imagine how cruel and hash it was to live in the forest by yourself. As a young woman no less?
