Yu Lifen's movements were fast and lithe. While she had been just outside range of the lands of Lord Sun Jian, she had taken the shortest and fastest albeit most dangerous route she could find. Her face covered from the nose down by a thin cloth. Her eyes narrowed and alert. Her fingers caressed the handles of her tanto's disguised as fairly large fans while she was consciously aware of the dart rope wrapped and tucked away at her side.
Her outfit was one that was a dangerous weapon in battle. The long slit traveling from her thigh, her pale left leg clearly exposed with a thick band tied around her lower thigh. Her upper body was adorned with a top that revealed her midriff. Her tattooed right arm visible while her left arm was completely covered.
She was stopped by guards just outside Sun Jian's abode, taking out the letter, she showed the seal of Sun Jian and they immediately stepped aside. Lifting her hand, she pushed the cloth away from her face, tucking it away. Yu Lifen walked inside, she could see the many soldiers. The hushed whispers as some men looked at her, wolfish looks on their face. She was used to these looks and only ignored them as she approached Sun Jian. Bowing down, she tilted her head upwards to look up at him standing on his chair. "I, Yu Lifen, am honored to be within your presence my lord." her feminine voice rung and there was a rushed silence in the large banquet hall.
The place was beautiful, and by the looks of it, Sun Jian's men respected him greatly. It was evident from the looks of this man that he was strong and willed for the best for Han. A modest man wanting to unite Han under one name for the sake of peace, yes the perfect lord to fight under; especially now that she was no longer a pirate fighting for riches and power.

Throughout the land, there are many talented warriors and hermit's that keep themselves in seclusion away from the current state of affairs to avoid trouble, but will only come out if they feel their skills will be put to use. For those that are less known but are talented, becomes a surprise to any enemy they face, as their movements and their actions will be unknown but soon would become a legend.
Even tough the Sun family are known, his ancester, Sun Tzu was a legend for all to look up to, and now it was Sun Jian's time to show the land the might of the Tiger of Jiangdong, and to bring about the wanted peace that has been desired by many people, and who better to fulfill this dream, than Sun Jian.
After he and Wei Huan got to known each other, it seemed it was getting more and more helpful having an ex-bandit on his side. Even though he had done bad tings, he was now making amends in his service to Wu and also revealing a hidden talent, who Sun Jian straightaway contacted, and agreed to meet with him.
Now as Sun Jian sat in the Palace, the guards rushed towards him informing him of his visitor, who he allowed in, and listened to her words, before replying with a smile, "It is also nice to be able to meet you in person and that you have made your way here to Wu to meet with me. As promised, I have a Banquet waiting in the side chamber if you'd like to go in", as his arm stretched out to the opening to the next chamber.

Yu Lifen tipped her head in a tiny bow once more. He was a man of great stature, and as he urged her towards the banquet, she paused wanting to speak to him first. "Before we go, I must ask something of you lord Sun Jian." it was a request and she paused waiting for it all to sink in.
Starting to speak again, she raised her eyes to look at him, her face only displaying respect. "Before I join you and your men I ask that you allow me to... do something during the time I am a fighter for you." she didn't want to go into much detail, but she wanted to show him it was huge.
She paused looked down tipped her head in a tiny bow before continuing. "I come with things in my life left unrest. I ask that you grant me permission to leave your lands and make amends with those I hurt." make amends with the ghost of her master and kill the beasts that murdered the man she admired. "I will only leave for brief periods of time, and of course when the battles have died down a little." she would leave when there was a fight coming up soon, but when there was a momentary break she would use the opportunity to hunt her prey.
She prayed he would not be offended, but he should understand that a former pirate like her would come with a package, or else he wouldn't have sent for her.

Sun Jian listened carefully as she explained her desire to amend her wrongdoings before joining him. A smile appeared on his face as she spoke, seeing that it would only be a matter of time, "You got to do what you got to do", seeing that if she was also protecting him at the same time so her actions whatever they were, would not be on his back, "Though when you return, you will not only have made amends with your past, but making way for a better future as we set out to bring peace to the land".

Yu Lifen bowed her head respectfully. "Then I would be honored to join you for this banquet." she didn't feel like she deserved one, if anything, she would take this as a banquet for future victories which she hoped for. Yu Lifen wasn't a person who enjoyed large celebrations. Lifen would much rather sit with someone with loads of alcohol and laugh away at silly things. Waking up the next morning was never pleasant, but it was always worth it in the end. She walked towards the door and held it open; her new lord should be the one to enter first.
There were many sounds from inside, the sound of laughter, really drunken soldiers singing at the top of her lungs and Lifen couldn't help but grin, she would like it here... she would fit in fine.

Sun Jian smiled, then when he was about to let her in first, she had already offered for him to enter, so he nodded and went in, taking the center seat, with Yifen behind him whoi would take the guest seat of honor to his right. Infront of them was a tray of food with indivudal delicious delicasses in each part, and next on his right was a cup of wine, which raising this glass, "Today, we welcome a new addition to our forces. Yu Lifen", in which he turned to her, "Welcome to Wu", before saying aloud again, "Please, everyone enjoy yourselves".

As Sun Jian walked in, she quietly followed behind him, hand folded in front of her and head bowed down slightly. She was used to attention, but not from such a large group. After the introduction, Lifen sat to the right of her new lord looking down at the food. It was so lavish, things she had only seen on the plates of great lords. Just to the right of her was a glass of alcohol. Picking it up, she brought it to her lips and took a tiny sip. It wasn't very strong, but it would do. "I wish to know more about your lands, your people and your way of leading." she said placing the glass down and turning to look at Sun Jian.

Sun Jian laughed after finishing his cup of wine, before calling for a refill, "Haha, so you wish to know more. Very well. Ever since I was 17, I have always defended Jiangdong even though I was a young lad and had no land, when I scared off pirates single-handed. Though I am older, I have continued to defend this region, and though I only control my homeland of Wu, I wish to expand so that more places can be protected, but I only do this because of the chaos and that soon, the chaos will be over, and the land to be united. I am a cool and strong leader and am kind with my officers. My style of leading would not be leading my troops into danger and would consider all options before making my move and listen to all advice put forward to me".
