Unlike the other guide posted here. This is more a rule section than it is a 'guide for beginners'. So let us begin. This rule section will be cut up into 3 sections.
The Rules.
There are a variety of rules that must be followed when entering a battle situation. The most important rule is to listen to the moderator governing your battle, only if you can prove he is inept or incompetent can you forward it to an administrator who may look into the decision making relating to the battle.
Attacking/Defending Phase.
Individual Post Orders are now removed from this RPG. There is no longer an individual 24 hour posting rule.
Now, in every battle there will be two phases, the attacking phase and the defending phase. Each phase is given so many hours to do the post. For instance, a 3 vs 3 would be 2 phases of 48 hours each. In that time all attackers are to post in their phase, and then all defenders are to post in their phase. There is no specific posting order, the only order is ATTACKERS ALWAYS GO FIRST.
Here is a small chart showing how many hours a phase is given based on how many people are participating.
1 – 24 hour phase.
2 – 24 hour phase.
3 – 48 hour phase.
4 – 48 hour phase.
5 – 48 hour phase.
6 – 60 hour phase.
7 – 60 hour phase.
8 – 60 hour phase.
So according to the above chart. If there are 6 attackers and 2 defenders, the attacking phase is open for 60 hours whilst the defending phase is 24 hours. Before, according to the 24 hour per person, 1 round could last up to 8 days. Now it is much shorter. There is no reason whatsoever for why it would take 3 people 3 days to get 1 post up each. So please follow this new order from now on.
Guide
Chained Events.
Okay, so this is where I mock anyone who does 10 things in 1 post. Why? Because they follow a realistic chain and if you interrupt that flow/chain then you will instantly make the rest null n void. Imagine you get your troops to perform and attack spearmen, then they do this and that and whatever else. But then your enemy completely counters your first attack, thus preventing them from doing whatever it was they were to do after they initially charged? It ruins the events you posted and they then become null n void. If everything we posted was forced to succeed then ambushes would not exist as you would simply 'avoid' them by posting that you 'got' to wherever you wanted to be. So please, do not list so many options in battles…certain experienced fighters WILL use it against you.
I will continue/touch this up later. I'm off to watch X Factor mwhahaha.

There are a variety of rules that must be followed when entering a battle situation. The most important rule is to listen to the moderator governing your battle, only if you can prove he is inept or incompetent can you forward it to an administrator who may look into the decision making relating to the battle.
- No God-Modding. You know what this is; god-modding is when you control others in your posts or when you just never ever die, even if you realistically should. Please don’t do this, like EVER.
- No Meta-Gaming. Meta-gaming is when you use OOC knowledge to asses or determine your own actions. This is a vague rule, simply because although we do not use OOC knowledge certain things can be argued back and forth. Someone may counter a strategy performed on them and the attackers can cry 'meta-gaming' whilst the defender screams 'hell no, I'm just doing my own strategies'. Meta-gaming is the 1 pain in any battle. Nevertheless, you may not post knowing specific details or actions performed by others without you realistically knowing.
- No Auto-hitting/killing. This is a serious rule. A battle cannot contain an auto-kill. You can safely assume you’re killing but it is still wrong to say 'my 500 pwn your 300 spearmen and then fish-slap you in the face'. You cannot do that, every action must be indirect. I will allow auto-killing in regards of your players 'killing' soldiers, but again – follow realism. Trying to auto-kill too much may result with your own demise.
- Follow the phases. I will explain the phases in the next section. PLEASE FOLLOW the phase plans, if you post outside of your phase it is NULL N VOID, regardless of your excuse.
- Realism. Follow realism as best you can.
