New Beginnings (Zhang Liao)

[Zhang Liao]

Liao was looking around for a min. but the he saw the bar he was looking for, It appears I have found the place, he said as he started to walk toward the bar.

He went inside and found an open seat in the far left corner. He head toward there trying to get out of the way of the waitresses. He finally was able to sit down and when he did he was trying to stop one of the waitresses that passed by

[Cao Cao]

Zhi followed Liao into the tavern and took a seat beside the warrior. Once Liao got a hold of a waitress, Zhi said to her,"May I have a bottle of your best wine please?"The waitress nodded and went to get the bottle. Zhi looked to Liao and said,"So what do you think of this city? Have you been here before?"

[Zhang Liao]

The waitress came back with the wine, Liao thanked her, poured himself a cup and went on to answer Zhi Fangs question, Yes i have been here before, when i was young and foolish, and i went to try to join Cao Cao, but in his main chamber, i was deeply embarrassed, he said as he started to take a big drink from his wine

[Cao Cao]

"What, the mighty Zhang Liao embarrassed? What happened?"When Liao said this, Zhi almost spat out the wine that Zhi had put into his mouth to drink. Zhi never saw Liao as the type of person to get embarrassed. Zhi took another sip of the wine, which was pretty good for being a tavern wine and waited for Liao to tell him what happened. Well it better be good for how much it costs to get!

Liao was embarrassed to even mention it. Well, I was young around 18 years of age, and I just left my village and I was looking for a lord. I heard much praise about Cao Cao, so I went to his palace and asked to be one of his officers, he agreed, but one of his advisors, Xu Shu, stopped him and said how about a duel between me and him. I was young and foolish and accepted 3 bouts later i lost and I left in shame. he finished as he poured himself a drink and finished it.

[Cao Cao]

"Well, you were young and you were lucky that you lasted three bouts with him. Cao Cao is a very strong warrior, I should know..."As Zhi said that last part, Zhi's mind went to the past, remebering what had happend between him and Cao Cao. As well at what happened that mended that relationship only a couple of weeks ago. Shaking out of his daze, Zhi said to Liao,"Looking back at it now, do you think you are better off not being an officer of Wei? If you could, would you change what has happend to you?"

[Zhang Liao]

Liao was in deep thought, I honestly think that I would of been better as an officer of Wei, oh and Zhi Fang, how many drinks have you had, cause I lost to the advisor, he said with a laugh trying to forget that time.

[Cao Cao]

Zhi laughed at Liao when he said that. Even though Zhi has not drinken barely any wine, he is the type who always gets a little drunk off of just a sip of wine."My apologies, I guess I have drank a little more than I should, but oh well haha. If you did not have an obligation to fufill, would you go back to Wei and try to become an officer under Cao Cao, or are you still afraid of being embarrased again?"Zhi said that last part as he winked at Liao, just playing around with him. It was most likely that he would never see Liao again, so Zhi wanted to have as much fun as possible as he could with his long-time friend.

Liao laughed with Zhi Fang, I would say both, but for all we know that advisor could of died already, so I guess I can go back but I will have to fulfill my promise to lord Sun Jian.

He finished his cup and was watching the waitresses, Hey Zhi, I have an idea, he said as he poured another cup and drank from it

[Cao Cao]

Zhi laughed with Liao, really enjoying this fun moment. Zhi looked at Liao, and said,"What do you have in mind?"Zhi was curious to see what Liao wanted to do next, as Zhi noticed that Liao has had a couple of drinks, it would probably be a little wine-influenced, which sounded very interesting to Zhi right now.

Liao was eying the waitresses, lets try and see if we can get lucky with one of those ladies, he said, drunkenly pointing to the girls.

[Cao Cao]

A large, ear to ear smile appeared on the face of Zhi Fang. There is nothing better than to be with a woman, in both senses. Zhi walked towards the closest waitress and said to her,"Hey there, how would you like to be with a big strong warrior like myself."After a couple of seconds, Zhi returned to Liao and sat back down, with a large, red handprint on Zhi's cheeks."Didn't go so well...your turn!!"Zhi pushed Liao out of his seat towards a different waitress.

Liao was up for the new challenge he got up to the women that slapped his friend and said, I am sorry that my friend offended you, is there anything I can do, he said hoping the nice guy act would work.

30 seconds later Liao comes back with a large red slap on both sides of his face, never doing that again, he said with a laugh

[Cao Cao]

"Haha, you should have picked a different girl!!"As Zhi said this, he burst into laughter, he was completley wasted now. Though one of the good things about Zhi is that even though he gets totally wasted, his words never seem to slur. He tried to focus on Liao and said to him,"You got anymore brilliant ideas?"Zhi said this with a wink, though it looked like a big twitch.

After that discouraging indecent, so he was out of ideas, sadly, i have none, maybe you do. he said as he finished the wine off.
