Description: Expansion requires eviseration, a few targets must be removes before the claws of corruption and evil can expand.
Yen Wang stood outside of the inn in Xia Pi. He had taken up another task; he liked working for this person, or people. These quests aided him nicely; he noticed the people began to whisper his name and began to avoid him. Suddenly a well dressed man greeted him. “Come inside Dark one.” Yen Wang flicked his hair and slowly followed the man inside the inn. The man went upstairs and into a dim lit room. He sat down on floor and grabbed a cup and a bottle.
The man filled his cup to the brim, and then he watched Yen Wang quietly move to the corner of the room. “Dark one, you bring joy into my cold and frozen heart.” Yen Wang looked at the man and sighed. “Yes, yes Dark one I get it, now tell me about the job.” The man quietly drank from the cup. “Most eager you are? Yes, this is good! There are three important people in this city. That need to have an untimely death.” The man laid out a map. “Shima the general in charge of the garrison, then Shao Yu, the prefect’s advisor. Lastly, the prefect’s first born. That child’s whereabouts are unknown.”
“Tch!” Yen Wang grabbed the man’s throat and lifted him in the air. “Listen to me fool! If I happen to run into any ambushes, traps or get injured. I will inflict a great pain on you.” The man gaped for air, as he firmly held on to Yen Wang’s wrist. “Wait, I will help you dark one!” Yen Wang dropped the man suddenly. “There are men and women around town. That will aid you. Just show them this emblem.
Yen Wang snatched emblem out of his hand and walked toward the door. “Dark one, Shima is down stairs getting drunk and flirting with the woman.” Yen Wang waved his hand signaling that he heard, and casually headed down stairs. “Now which one is Shima...?” Yen Wang scanned the room looking for the drunkard. “Ahaha! Ladies don’t...hic...play hard to get! Shima hates to chase!”
“This is too easy...” Yen Wang picked up a knife from a nearby table and threw it into the man’s throat. The inn went into an uproar; Yen Wang wasted no time cutting off Shima’s finger, as he did so a tall bulky man casually walked out of the inn. This caught his eye, “That man was too calm considering what just happened."
Yen Wang got up and chased after the man; the man saw Yen Wang running after him, and blew his horn. Bells began ringing throughout the city. “S***!” Yen Wang was cut off by a group of rouges. “Whaddya doin’ stirring up these guards will be the death of ya!” The leader of the group and took him into an alley. Yen Wang found it arousing, a woman being so forceful.
“We’ll ‘elp with the guards, but you have to kill Shima yourself.” Yen Wang grabbed the woman by her hair. “Don’t give me orders…This is what you’ll do scurry from rooftop to rooftop, He’ll be with his guards. When they separate, jump down on the guards, and I will kill him.” He let go of her hair and released her into the wall.
She glared at him, how one can be so ruthless and cold? She was trying to help him. He treats her that way. Suddenly she grinned, “Alright I’ll do it, but you owe me.” She left the alley and gave a loud whistle. Her rouges gathered to her. Once they were assembled; everyone climbed the building and awaited Yen Wang’s command.
Meanwhile, Yen Wang attacked one of the guards that were protecting Shima. Shima order his men to track him down. They chased him into and out of alleys. Finally they cornered in a one way alley. Yen Wang stood against the walk staring at the lot. “ASSASSIN! Who sent you!?” Yen Wang smiled “Kill me if you want to know.”
Shima sent his guards forward they suddenly stopped when a group of rouges appeared on top of the roof. The rouges leapt of the roof; they all flopped on the guards below them. Yen Wang ran through the mesh of people. Stepping on whoever was in his way. Using them as leverage he soared through the air, and onto Shima; He tackled him to the ground, and has his knee on his throat. “I find you guilty…” He applied a large about of force to Shima’s throat and killed him.
Yen Wang looked back watched the small battle of rouges and guards; the guards where gaining the upper hand. Some of the rouges shouted out to Yen Wang, but he ignored their pleas and left the alley and made his way to the palace.
Second Assassination!
Yen Wang was in the personal chambers. The Advisor, Shao Yu was torturing rouge who had seen the assassin. “Still refusing!? Break two more fingers.” The rouge cries echoed throughout the palace. The pain was immeasurable. Both mentally and physically. She feared what Yen Wang would do to her if he found out she gave Shao Yu information about him. “…ah… The man…is neither man nor beast, the pain he’ll inflict on me is far worse than a few broken fingers.”
Shao Yu slapped her, and then grabbed her leather shirt. “I will do more than just break fingers, I’ll mutilate your body, and no man would want you. You’ll have to take a steak around your neck so the tigers will play with you. You think I don’t know about him killing Shima!? He first killed Shima’s double and then went after him.”
Yen Wang came out of a room; he brutally killed the whore and man who were inside. A female’s cries could be heard coming from down the hall. “I must be close.” A lone a guard approached Yen Wang. “You are not suppose-“Yen Wang wrapped his hand around his mouth and swiftly moved behind and grabbed the guard’s sword. And, quickly slit his throat. He threw the body inside the room. He darted down the hallway and into a random room.
The sound of footsteps could be heard nearby, as were voices and the pain. “Don’t tell my wif-“The guard’s words were cut short as Yen Wang kicked the door open, thrusting his blade into his chest. Yen Wang turned; quickly grabbing his tri staff, and wrapping it around the other guard’s throat. “Where’s Shao Yu!” The guard gasped, “Two doors down interrogating a woman.” As he spoke, he pulled out a dagger and drove it into Yen Wang’s right thigh. Yen Wang staggered back, releasing the guard as he did. The guard decided to make a run for it, so he could alert the others. Right as he turned around and took three steps he found a sword in his stomach.
Yen Wang took the dagger out and limped to the room the advisor was in. He quietly pushed the door open and threw the dagger in the guard’s throat. The Advisor heard a loud thud and screamed. “Assassin!” The rouge quickly stood up around wrapped her arm around the advisor’s neck. “Hurry kill him!”
Yen Wang smirked, “Hold still!” He said as he grabbed the dead guard’s sword. He hurried to the two, and plunged the sword into the advisor and drove it all the way through till the hilt was pressed in his stomach. The rouge stared at him, confused. “Oh really? You are a liability leaving you alive jeopardizes everything.” He grabbed the advisor cheeks, “Tell me where the prefect’s son is.” “Assassin, you are making a grave mistake. I am an innocent man…The baby is safe in the forests...surely...you can’t kill an infant...” Yen Wang let go of the man’s face and picked up the guard, and limped out of the room.
As onlookers came he told them, that they were attacked by the assassin, but he had escaped. Believing his story due to their injuries. They took them both to the infirmary where the guard. He carried was announced dead. They bandaged Yen Wang’s leg and sent him back on duty.
Third Assassination
Yen Wang traveled through the forest till he was approached by some odd men. “I am sorry; I am quite lost you see. I ran into a group of bandits.” The men took him to a cabin; sounds of a baby could be heard. They welcome him inside. The moment they opened the door. Yen Wang made his way to the baby and picked it up. “Two of you taking care of this baby? How sweet. I’m afraid I must pass my judgment on this one.”
“Assassin!” Yen Wang held the baby upside down by its foot. “Step away from the door, and don’t move or I kill it.” The men stood still and watched Yen Wang as he made his way outside. He turned around and walked backward until, until the two where no longer in view. He made a sprinted forward with the baby crying in his arms. Suddenly random arrows zipped by, Yen Wang sighed, and continued to run.
A few hungry wolves appeared before Yen Wang and cut him off, behind he were the two men. “Don’t do anything stupid assassin!” Yen Wang smirked, “Your right no need to get my hands dirty…they’ll do it for me!” He tossed the baby toward the men; both the wolves and the men ran to catch it. A sly brown wolf jumped up suddenly and grabbed the baby out of midair. Once it landed it began chomping down on the baby. The guards two were surrounded. Yen Wang didn’t say to watch.
He returned to the man at the inn, and told him the quest was complete. The man smiled and told Yen Wang that a woman would give him his reward outside the city. “Remember what I said? If I happen to run into any ambushes, traps or get injured. I will inflict a great pain on you? Well you knew the Shima I killed was a fake and I was stabbed.” Yen Wang grabbed the man by the throat, and lifted him out of the window. “This won’t kill you, but it will serve its purpose.” He let go of the man, Yen Wang smiled as he heard his screams, and the impact of him hitting the ground.
Yen Wang casually walked out of the inn and ignored the commotion. A woman ran up to him and gave him his reward
