OOC: This quest is takes place as the Time Stamp occurs which explains how Yen Wang came to power.
Chapter 1: "Calming Breeze"
Yen Wang settled in Han Zhong, he had quite the unfortunate week. Dealing with morons and Neanderthals. He thought the unpleasant streak of bad luck would come to an end. But, it wasn't going to start today. He woke up in the middle of the night, to a lot of bells ringing and the smell of something burning. He slowly sat up, tossing the covers across the room and casually strolled over to the window
He could see the city streets erupted in chaos. His eyes lifted up to the sky, “Heroes…Leaders… Make the choice to leap into an Hellish Nightmare; Dive down into the pool of madness, carry on to the dark abyss of Damnation,” Yen Wang moved to his closet and got dressed, “Those trapped, or lost in the eternal of abyss search franticly for guidance; that light of hope to cling on too.” His words echoed throughout his room, and through his thoughts. Yen Wang grasped his weapon, and frowned. “In complete darkness; there isn’t casual sense of sight. You are blind…In nothing around, but actual the godless, and lifeless abyss.”
“You would be surrounded by all your fears; the abyss can’t manipulate the slightest emotion and turn it against you. How can you defeat such an invincible being? Become a demon yourself, or become the pillar of light that everyone clings too. Placing their hopes and dreams on you, together you with shun the light.”
Yen Weng stepped out of his room and made his way down to the city streets; His eyes flared with a new purpose. He looked around seemingly. ”This city is mine for the taking. I shall cleanse this city of its old and purge it of its new.” A messenger found him roaming the streets.
“My Lord…Your troops are outside the city, waiting orders”
Yen Wang stared at the man, his men? His troops must’ve got word of the erupted violence. “Tell them to stay there and don’t let anyone enter the city..Not by any means…”
“Aye Sir, but what will you do?”
Yen Wang frowned at the man, “I will take this city with my own hands.”
He watched the messenger make his hasty exit. “Now who is leading these bandits,” An arrow zipped down from the rooftops; the arrowhead slid across his cheek, leaving behind a trial a blood. “For doing this to my face, you'll pay severely.”
“Oh really? I don’t think so; you see you are going to work for me Yen Wang.” A woman came out of a alley with her hand on her hips. “You killed my little sister the night you went on your murder spree!”
Yen Wang smirked, “I’m having trouble remembering who your sister was. Of course, my judgment isn’t prejudice, any who stand before me will be put on trail.”
"That is why I am standing behind you,” She said with a triumpant tone, as she brought forth a knife. And, pinned it against his chest. “If you don’t do as say, I’ll kill you now.”
Fighting her now would be most amusing; they both would surely end up dead. But, Yen Wang had other plans for and her bandits. “What do you have in mind?” He wanted to know her plans, once he is aware of her motive. Yen Wang would devise his own strategy; it was clear she was going to kill him once he ran out of usefulness.
