The day was darker than the usual and the grain of the city is was low cause of the lack of nutrition in the lands of the city. The animal of these location were eating all the grain before it could grow did not really help these locations. There were always a few bandits trying to do even more destruction on these lands trying to make sure that the people are either poisoned or even starving to their death that they did now want to suffer so soon in their life. In the lands they only had enough to last a few months so they needed to find a way to fix the problem quickly before they do not have enough to survive and also before winter comes. Lord Liu Bei was too busy with war to do these things to help them himself so he send Wu Ban the warrior he knew he could trust to make these lands as productive as possible because the passion he has to kill all the bandits of the lands alone was a big gain to make him one of the best choices for the part of bandits and his will to help the people was enough to make him good for the rest.
Wu Ban was happy with the decision of his lord thinking that he could help with one of the biggest problem that was in his lands. He arrived were the far was they seem to need to change the location for more than one reason that would be a great start for the new location. He walked over there looking for the person that took care of the people for the grain. The nutrition of the land was over used and was now worthless for the people to use since they over used it and killed the animal that came close in the past to fertilize the land. He looked at the crops that were left behind and noticed one problem they seem of not notice which is the bugs were eating there plant’s as much as the animals from the wild.
He now knew the main problem that they will need to fix to be able to have more crops to place in there people. The first and also the main this is finding a new location yes it does mean a lot more work in the sense of travelling or building depending were they will place the new location. With a new location it will fix the main problem of the poor growth potential of the land. The second main thing is they need more protecting around there grain to watch for these bandits and kill the ones that are close to the location currently. That will stop more disasters more than just the bandits but also for the animals placing it inside of the wall or place a small wall around it will solve a lot of their problems as well. The final big problem was the bugs and that will be purely making the citizen help them picking the bugs out and killing them so they will not return later on to eat the crops from the grave.

He then kneels down in front of the officer Wu Ban waiting for the words that he had to say. Ban explain about the problem with the lands and the bugs also about the bandits telling him what are the possible things they could do to make sure that the land can be cleared and also be saved not only the land and kingdom of Shu but also his life in the progress. Ban also explain that he would go take care of the bandits himself with the two guards that Liu Bei send with him so all they would need to watch for was the people that will replace them until they can locate the main leader of the land. He also wanted during these times that he will be looking for the bandits that he wanted the guard to make sure they can find a new location with better potential of ground and that he will help with the rest when he returns. He also said that he was going to bring back the dead bodies to help the fertilizing of the old land they used.
Ban and the two guards that were with him were in the forest. It was dark in the forest the sun did not have a chance to shine on the land from the big trees covering the land. There was a small river flow that was passing through the forest being a perfect place for the bandits to be but they were not here. The animals were hiding but looking at the ground you could tell that they had plenty that drank from this river stream to make them survive the harsh heat of summer. He They both walked slowly towards a small opening to the other side of the forest and see a large camp site perfect for the bandits. There was place for an army of warriors if they wanted it. You could see easily that had people walking around the location like guards trying to protect their location from other bandits and protect their leader from the kingdoms.
“There is too many for us to handle this job alone I am afraid to say. I believe that we need a few archers just to circle this location to kill the guards to make use have a way to enter the camp and kill their leader and the people with him inside the camp. You two get the archers I will try and find a way in if I am not here when you return then start the plan and watch for me since I will be inside. If you must tell are lord but I believe that he will agree with my decision and I will tell him myself after the deed is done.”

The two bandits had a spear and not armour on them meaning that they will be a simple kill for an officer like Wu Ban. He walked straight to them with a smile the two guard stupid as a normal bandit ran straight at them thinking that it would be a perfect chance to prove to their leader that they could be great warriors that they should not be guards they should be in the fields doing robberies and all these different things. Unfortionitly for them Wu Ban knew they were going to use these simple tactics against him to believe that they are stronger than him but when you know what your opponent is planning you cannot be beaten by the enemy no matter what happens.

He was face to face with the leader which was a young man only in his early teens which this was not going to be easy to forget the death of this person. The bandit then finally said his first words that were in his head when he saw Wu Ban.
“I see the people of Shu have finally come to kill my clan. I was wondering why it took so long before you noticed are location which was only the other side of the forest. It is a shame for you that I will not give up without a fight or you could live with yourself and bring me back to you city and place me in the jail like you people did with my father.”
The young man had a sword in his hand and was ready for a fight and Wu Ban did not understand why he did all this destruction as a kid and even less for the reason that the people decided to join under him while they could easily over power the young boy. Ban knew even if he was a kid he is still a bandit and his punishment was not going to be less severe than the other bandits of these lands. The kid ran straight at Ban which he needed to move sideways to make sure he did not get hit. The second he was going beside his slides quickly his knee in front of the chief bandit making him trip over falling face first on the ground dropping his sword. Wu Ban picked up his sword and slowly waves it in the air seeing how heavy the sword was the kid was pretty good if he could use it well. He then took the sword and beheaded the kid without any shame in his body even with a grin on his face.
The two guards got in the building seeing the officer they came with over the dead body of the child realising that the child was the leader of this faction of bandits. They went to the officer with a smile knowing there goal of killing the bandits were successful now it was only to work on the land and the food will come by the shovel load. They were walking back at the land and saw that they started to work on the land to plant the new grain he decided to help that he would work on the small wall to stop the animals from eating there grain.

The people seems to be working well under Wu Ban which surprised him he never thought the people could respect him enough for this his leadership must be a lot better then he thought. Wu Ban left back for the kingdom knowing that now they will gain the grain before they run out of the storage and maybe there next goal will be to make a better storage unit.
