Yuan Shu arrives in Nan Pi

[Zhang Liao]

Liao was mad that he was called a traitor, You don't understand what is gonna happen in the future don't you you drunk! , I shouted as the peasants in the room started to watch to see what was going on.

[kaihime]

kaihime was taken by surprise by the two men's sudden outbursts. She paused her bite of her food and remained that way with eyes open wide staring at the two.

[Yuan Shu]

"fool, working with Lu Bu you will only fail! Rebelling against the Han will lead to death on your part!" Lord Yuan said, in frustration.

[Zhang Liao]

Liao so wanted to tell him Lu Bu's plans but it would be pointless to tell a drunk, Lord Yuan Shu you have men who follow you for certain reasons, I follow Lu Bu for certain reasons, I said as I got up and walked out before I killed the man

[Yuan Shu]

Gonglu may have been intoxicated but he still could negotiate. He
listened to Liao speak as he grinned.

"AND WHAT ARE YOUR REASONS?!" Shu shouted as Liao ran out of the bar.

Yuan Shu then turned to Kai.

"He is a fool! My lady, can't you agree?.. He, Lu Bu, Diao Chan and all other followers of that pig-traitor Dong Zhuo shall be crushed by the Imperial boot of the Han. Resistance is simply futile."

He said with confidence.

[kaihime]

Kaihime was rather stunned by the current turn of events, Zhang Liao had stormed out of the tavern and left her with the clearly intoxicated Yuan Shu who was talking to her about allegiances and that being against the Han was to be commiting suicide...basically. The people that were gathering around were beginning to become completely intoxicated themselves in the scene unfolding before them. Kaihime was stuck for words as she thought of what to say to the clearly aggrevated Yuan Shu. Spotting his guards rapidly heading his way Kaihime felt a wave of relief wash over her, thank goodness they can deal with him She thought as she realised that she was no longer responsible for keeping him from acting out.

[Yuan Shu]

Yuan Shu was drunk and furious - not a good combination.. even Shu knew it.

He looked on at Kaihime with a scowl on his face, as he saw the patrons look on and Kai, her face worried for the first time he had ever seen..

"I... I apologize, my lady..." he said as his guards apparently approached him.

"Sir, maybe we should return to the inn, you mustn't disturb the peasants or-"

"Quiet! I make the rules here! You return to your post... I shall be out in a moment" Shu said, then proceeding to look to Kaihime once again.

Yuan Shu had dismissed his guards rather abruptly and sent them back to their posts. Kaihime was absolutely stuck as to what to do and say, she had not been in such a situation before. She didn't want to insult him again through her actions or words and create a reason for him to react once more, but she knew she had to say and do something eventually. "where will you be going now?" Kaihime decided on something that she knew wasn't disrespectful and that might remind him that he was here in town to do something.

[Yuan Shu]

Gonglu was at a crossroads on how Kaihime felt about the entire situation. Even so, she asked a normal question.

"Hmm... well I will be heading to my brother's palace here in Nan Pi soon... I know you would like me to leave, so I shall."

Shu proceeded to stand up, wondering if Kai would say anything.

[kaihime]

Yuan shu looked like an hurt little puppy as he stood from his seat. It was then that Kaihime realised that in his intoxicated state the man before was no longer the proud noble but a much more fragile man. "you are welcome to stay Yuan Shu, if of course you believe that your brother would not be awaiting your arrival" Kaihime thought she would try some reverse psychology and try to prevent insulting the man any more than she had earlier.

[Yuan Shu]

She had listened to him... He wondered if he was speaking straight, in his drunken state of mind. Nevertheless, Shu listened to her speak and thought for a second what he would say.

"Hmm....ahh yes, I will stay for a while. Thank you... my brother will not mind...I am unsure if he even knows I am arriving...

So, would you like to order?" He said while sitting at the table, calming himself and feeling a bit tired.

[kaihime]

"sure, what do you want to order?" Kaihime didn't expect Yuan Shu to sit back down and stay however she didn't mind after all he wasn't angry anymore and the risk of him blowing up and doing something silly had diminished greatly. However as long as Kaihime was there there was always a chance that he would get offended again by her words. She would have to think and choose them carefully.

[Yuan Shu]

"Anything you like. I am not a picky eater, ha ha ha." He said as he smiled at Kaihime.

[kaihime]

Kaihime quirked her head to the side slightly, she couldn't understand what exactly Yuan Shu was laughing at. She motioned for a waiter to come over so they could order something to eat. While waiting Kaihime watched as Yuan Shu swayed in his intoxicated state, she was holding back laughter as she watched him. Yuan Shu might not have known it but when intoxicated her pulled some hilarious faces, well hilarious to Kaihime anyway. The waiter began to walk over towards their table.

[Yuan Shu]

Gonglu sat, still dizzy but he could see clear - A start.

"Yes..." He said, suddenly as the waiter approached.

"I will have some of those... rice cakes.."[/b] He said while pondering on what Kai thought.
