(OOC: This is open to all! Preferably those who are supposed to be traveling there or are part of a force nearby, but it doesnt matter)
After the Rebellion was quelled, Yuan Shu had thought about what he should do next. He had decided to travel to the kingdom of his brother, Yuan Shao. He had not met (with) his brother for some time now. So Yuan Shu then set out for the land of He Bei.
After a relatively long journey, Yuan Shu and his few guards had arrived at Nan Pi, a city of He Bei. He wondered what will he do now.

Kaihime watched from her seat at a nearby food stall as someone of high importance entered the town gates. He was accompanied by several guards that looked skilled indeed. Good thing she was not interested in attempting to assassinate him. taking another bite of her food she watched the man further as he interacted with others.

Yuan Shu had come into the city with little interest in the Guards or Peasants. Of course, he felt obliged to speak with some of these townsfolk, as they stared at him and some even valiant enough to shout at him, obviously out of disrespect. The ones who seemed worthy, he would talk to. As he continued into the city, Yuan Shu spotted out of the corner of his eye, A fair maiden enjoying some cuisine. She looked busy, as was he, so he would not approach her, at least not now. (It's fine. I will be on as well and we can continue. ttyl then!)

Kaihime sat watching the townspeople talk to the noble looking man as if she were watching a rather mediocre play unfold before her. She took another bite of her meatbun and flicked away a strand of her dark brown hair that had fallen in her eyes. She enjoyed watching people and their behaviour, understanding an opponents mind was a key part of battle and you never could know who will be on the other end of your blade in the future. She could tell that the man was speaking to the people due to an obligation; his heart just didn't seem to be in his words. He must be a leader or a noble she began to ponder. Kaihime continued to watch as the peasants swarmed the man like locusts a lush crop.

Yuan Shu continued to speak with the peasants. Still, he saw the woman, who seemed unlike the other ladies of this city, she seemed out of place. He knew she was observing him as he continued along the path, speaking with the rather unimportant townsfolk.
He felt a sense of worry as he passed the lady again, also making him confused as he was not accustomed to thinking much of the peasants, but this woman seemed.. different to Yuan Shu. Eventually he decided he would approach her, so he told his guards to stay put and began walking over to the lady.
"Greetings, I am Yuan Shu, stylized Gonglu. I find it most odd that you have observed my speaking with the peasants, but have not done so yourself. Why is that, if I may ask?"
Yuan Shu may be a bold man, but he was also normally polite to the women of the city, especially of his brother's own territory.

Kaihime noticed the man approaching her as she sat enjoying her meat bun, Finishing her mouthful as he did so. He spoke to her asking her why she was watching him and why she had not spoken to him like most of the townspeople in the vicinity. "Yuan who?" Kaihime didn't know who this man ws nor his iportance and frankly she didn't care. To her he was but another man no more important than any other.

As he walked over to her and said his greeting, she seemed again out of place and even more so as she spoke "Yuan Who?"
"Such disrespect!", Shu thought. This woman was clearly a liar. She was in the kingdom of his brother, A Nobleman like Gonglu, Yuan Shao. This city was owned by an esteemed Yuan and she acted as though she had no idea of this famous family. He was insulted, yet amused at the same time.
"How dare! You come into a Yuan's kingdom and can't even show proper respects to our family! An arrogant one, you are. Ha ha ha." [/i] Yuan Shu laughed as he stated the threat.

Many townspeople had turned their gaze upon her, their eyes lured to the statement Yuan Shu had made. Shock was spread across their face and worry in their eyes. Kaihime on the other hand wasn't phased. well i gather i am supposed to know who these Yuan's are she noted to herself before replying in her usual manner. "my respect must be earned, it is not given to those that can boast a name"

Zhang Liao was still in town he never really left, he was just scouting this place for future events, he just so happens to pass by Yuan Shu yelling and threating Kaihime, who he remembered from earlier, so he goes to Yuan Shu and says, so lord Yuan Shu you are gonna punish in one of your brothers territories I wander what Yuan Shao would say about that, I said as put some gold in his hand, perhaps you can forgive her for this little incident? I ask.

Yuan Shu had noticed that he was much louder than he had previously thought when peasants began scouting to the position of Shu and the woman. The lady then spoke, insulting his family name.
"Hmph! You are a fool, girl. Disrespecting a Yuan is like wishing death upon yourself!" Yuan Shu then turned to the peasants:
"Back you filthy peasants!!! Did I invite you to view me scolding this woman? Back! Back, before I have my guards take your head on a mantelpiece!"
The Villagers scurried away, and Liao, who Shu had seen a while back at Xu Chang arrived, in defense of the lady. He boasted threats about his brother punishing Gonglu. Yuan Shu immediately laughed at the threats Liao was barking.
" How Dare! Are all people of this city so rude?!" Liao then threatened him, saying his brother, Shao, would punish him. "What?! Do you honestly believe my brother would agree with a peasant girl and a petty warrior over his own sibling? I think not, you fool! Ha Ha Ha! Now back away from me!" Shu then thought about his time at the restaurant.. he turns towards Liao: " I apologize. I meant no offense towards you.. It is just this rude beggar.." He points to the woman " Dare insult me and my family by not acknowledging the country's most powerful family!!"
Gonglu looked around to make sure no peasants were still watching, Luckily for them, none were, though he could see some of them viewing from their windows. This irked Yuan Shu. He did not like eavesdroppers and he would have their heads. He impatiently waited for the peasant or knight to respond, still having a hostile face, particularly to the woman.

Kaihime went to speak but Zhang liao beat her to it. She was beginning to dislike this loud and obnoxious man. Only thing bigger than his ego is his head. Zhang Liao was defending her, a noble gesture, but my tongue is by far sharp enough to defend myself
"Why is it exactly your family deserves so much respect? I highly doubt it is for you kindness to your people. And as for being a beggar..if you truely believe me to be so than you are by far more arogant than i first assumed." kaihime took another bite of her Meat bun staying calm and reserved as she sat in her seat.

Liao knew that bringing the elder Yuan wasn't gonna work, apology accepted, but this women I have met a few weeks ago and when I saw here she was lost and appeared to have lost her memory, so anything she knew before she forgot, for all we know she could of looked up to you Lord Yuan Shu, but no one knows her except for me and I barley know her , he said as he slightly pulled out his halberds, and when I see someone in trouble I try to help them out.

As Zhang Liao spoke, Yuan Shu thought it to be a lie.
"You, You lie to me. I thought you valiant, but it doesn't seem so, sir! This woman would have informed me of it much earlier had she truly lost her memory! The only thing this woman has lost is respect for superiors. How DARE she enter a Yuan territory and insult my family so greatly! As a matter of fact, how DARE you agree, Liao! Because she has supposedly lost her memory makes it okay to disrespect a Noble? Please, good sir, explain how that makes any sense!?" He then saw Liao readying his weapon, Shu laughed. " Attempt to strike me here and you will be killed faster than you can ready your weapon! Are you so cocky that you think I will just allow you to kill me and my guards or my brother's men will not see this? Do you think I am some sort of Peasant? I am Yuan Shu! Ruler of Ru Nan, brother of Yuan Shao!"
As Gonglu continued to speak, the girl insulted him once again, questioning why the Yuans deserve respect.
"Why do we deserve respect you say? We BUILT this country and for you to enter Yuan kingdom and be so disrespectful is quite unethical. Just because you do not know of our family, which is ridiculous to even state that, does not mean anything to the Yuans! We deserve respect and you best show it, my lady!"
Yuan Shu was incredibly insulted now. She stated that he was arrogant, he could take that... But to question his place in society was ignorant to a point of infuriation.

Shu also grinned. " No, you will not. If you think to kill all my guards and my brother's guards, plus any peasant troops, than you are more stupid and arrogant than anything else."
Yuan Shu watched as Zhang Liao pulled out his weapon, completely. Two guards ran over beside Shu, "Shall we dispose of him, my lord?", one of them stated... "No, don't. I want to see what he says. Stay close, though." Shu said. With this, the guards went back to their posts for now.
"Honestly, I couldn't care less, if this girl has lost her memory or not, regardless if she has, she still must respect me... us, my family and its name." Shu said.
The guards watched closely, they would fling into action the second any danger came to Lord Yuan.
